Let's talk about the prices. They are great. Amazing deals, left and right. But the world is what the world is: you get what you pay for. This isn't a magic wonderland where the rules of the real world don't apply. Go in with reasonable expectations and you will damn impressed. Go in there thinking you've found secret "pot" of gold (see what I did there?), and you are going to be disappointed. There are no $40 top shelf ounces. And there is no such thing as a tooth fairy. I'm sorry if I bursted any of your bubbles. Now, if you want a $40 ounce of mixed strain pre-ground, this is your place. It is what is and they are completely up front about that. If you are baking or you want to practice rolling, this is the stuff you want. Now let's talk about quality. It's really good. They have top shelf stuff, but I have never tried it. I'm a bargain shopper. And their bargains actually are bargains. It isn't really a bargain (I've said it so much it's starting to sound weird now. Baaaargain. Bargin. Bar-GAIN. See what I mean?), if the product sucks. That's just an expensive mistake. These are bargains. And good ones. It works and it tastes good. That's enough for me. Now let's talk about service. If you know me, you know that bad service is my pet peeve in life. From the security guard to the budtenders to the other customers, great people! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have a good-looking waiting area. I can't tell you if it's comfortable because I have never had to wait. Everyone is chatty and friendly without being annoying or overly perky. Do not buy any cartridges from this company. I bought two at a total of $60. I took them home to use them and they didn't work, and I tried three different batteries. When I tried to take them back, they informed me "all sales are final." I felt completely taken advantage of and dismissed. The young man that supposedly was the manager was very dismissive of my feelings and the fact that I spent money in his store. For some strange reason you always get a different reality when coming here, there seems to never be a dull moment, as the building if full of employees. I've shopped all over, and have lived in town for quite some time and out of all the places that have recreational products this is the best by prices, but like I mentioned before, it comes at another price, and that's with the customer service; since there's people that constantly change shifts, and have more than normal tenders, makes the experience erratic, i.e., I've had to spend longer than usual time not being able to get through the "double-door" section as the doors in this area are magnetically controlled, or some how lock manually. On several occasions I've tried stopping by, making a purchase, leaving, and being on my way but for some reason the situation may be different, as many of the individuals (Bud-Tenders), are not always going to show the most rational, and/or respectful behavior when it comes to professional customer service; be warned, as some tenders may not be used to representing the face of the company professionally. If some trips wouldn't be so weird while visiting and trying to make purchases, then I'd definitely give this company a full five stars! read more

I presume were talking about the one off the interstate in the far north of Pueblo. Where the LUVs truck stop is located. The only place I know of in Pueblo that actually inventories $30 ounces on an almost constant basis. I honestly can't remember them ever saying they were out of stock, and I have been getting mine there for two years at least once a month. Mind you they pre-grind it and it comes in the form of what amounts to being almost a powder. You won't get to see a single bud in the container, but of course there are no stems either. The entire ounce is smokable. They freely admit that it is their leftovers and comes from their less potent rejects supplies, but I am here to tell you it is plenty strong for the casual smoker. At $30 an ounce you can't beat it. You have to ask for it though. They kinda don't go out of their way to advertise it. read more

They have great prices but their weed selection is okay. When I buy an Oz I like to get a variety of strains and this place only lets you chose 2 different ones. They also sell those "weed pens" that have the same fruit juice stuff as the vape pens. They told my dad is was 100% weed but you can taste the vape in it. Received some moldy weed before. It's a hit or miss with these people. read more

The first person to help me was a little lady in glasses with a multi colored mask. She did not have a single bone of customer service. She had a smug look and was rude. She pushed me off on someone else luckily and they made it a nice trip. This store needs to make sure their employees are welcoming. There needs to be a difference between dispensaries and dealers.
