I am new to Ohio, so dont know what places are good or bad to take my vehicles to get worked on, so I just took a chance with The Cap Place. Im so glad I took it here. Spoke with Dan over the phone about ordering and installing a truck cover for my GMC Sierra 1500.....his prices were great and he is very knowledgeable. Said it take 2 days to get part in and an hour to install...and it was exactly as he said. He didnt try to upsell me on anything when I was waiting. Just friendly chat which is always nice. After checking out his shop while waiting for the cover to be installed, I noticed he sold mud flaps, so got those installed too. Very friendly. Great customer service. Will def be coming back to see Dan when I need anything else for my truck. Mind you, his shop is an hour away, but to me, finding amazing service and pricing is worth the drive. read more
