0 stars actually. This company is horrifying and please stay away from this car dealer. My dad bought a car a few months ago and the whole car had problems. It was under warranty for 3 months. The car broke down a few days later, so I requested them to fix the car, they took the car for ten days in their garage, they did not touch the car and it was left in the parking lot. They contacted me and said it was ready, therefore I went all the way from Nottingham. When I brought the car, it broke down half way supporting the fact that they did not fix the car AT ALL, so I called them and they reccomended for me to take it to my local garage and that they'll pay for it. I still haven't received the payment. After one day, the same problem occurred so I contacted them to reject the car and say that I need my money back. I spent £11k on it and keeps rejecting till now. I repeated do not trust them. I have five kids and haven't worked for 5 months, I need to claim all MY money back and go to court. DO NOT ever buy from this fraudulent company posing as a car dealership. They will sell you an illegal and substandard car and after it breaks down in a few weeks will just run away with your money. I almost ended up in a serious collision on the M40 motorway because the engine of a car I bought from them went up in smokes and flames. This was three weeks after buying. After that, they replaced it with an equally dangerous and illegal engine that two weeks later also went up in smoke when I was driving through the city centre of Birmingham. Twice my life and the lives of others were put in danger because of these con men. And neither time did they accept any sort of responsibility or show any remorse for their actions. After that incident, they abused me and my family relentlessly and Adam even threatened my 60 year old mother with physical violence. Do not believe any of the FAKE five star reviews about them. If you want to see real reviews look here and check them out by searching them on Bing rather than Google. We bought a black 10 plate Land Rover discovery from these guys last September. We had nothing but problems with the car as we was driving it home these problems started. We gave them two chances to fix the vehicle and both times promised us it was fixed which it clearly wasn't. The customer service was absolutely disgusting and took several days to respond. After several attempts to fix the vehicle they was just clearly bodging it. We took the vehicle to a local garage to find out a numerous amount of issues so we decided to reject the vehicle and I see it's now up for sale again. Our experience with the car company was not enjoyable from start to finish very fast to take your money but not so fast at responding. I would avoid this company at all costs! read more

Refused to sell me the car at the advertised price, being forced into taking a extended warranty cost of 500 pound. After finance all in place I've had to go else where, poor customer service you could be waiting a while for the car to be ready we are talking weeks. Avoid if don't want to have a mental break down. Take no notice of the response I have emails to back this up. I was clearly stated if I don't come for the car following day with the deal of extended warranty another customer on the Sunday would take the car, but they was unable for someone to re sign the agreement for me without the extended warranty of 500 pound. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I AM STILL OWED £150.00 My husband and I foolishly bought a car from this company. By the time we got home the car had developed a serious fault. I contact The Car Company and was told to take it back to them, I informed that the car was undriveable and that we had been advised by the Citizens Advice Bureau that it was their responsibility to repair the car with 'as little disruption as possible to ourselves'. We were also advised that we could 'reject the vehicle' under Section 14 of the Sales of Good Act 1979. When I spoke to The Car Company and told them this they were really rude and arrogant and said 'you have no chance! We have never refunded a customer before and we certainly won't be now!' As we needed the vehicle and they were going to be as difficult as possible about it we eventually came to an agreement where The Car Company would pay £150 towards the cost of the repairs which totalled £240.00. This was all agreed and I have everything in writing. Once the repairs were completed I sent them the invoice and proof that it had been paid. I then received a phone call saying that because I had left them a bad review they were refusing to send me the cheque unless I removed the review. I removed the review the same day and they are still refusing to send me the cheque. I have spoken to CAB and Trading Standards and have been advised that my only option is to take this company to court, which I am preparing to do. My advice would be to look elsewhere unless you enjoy being lied to! read more

do not buy a vehicle from this dealer. they will sell you a car with numerous problems and when you notify them you will get nothing back. we recently purchased a vehicle from them with a new mot , we then sent the vehicle to a independent garage where the garage found 8 instant fails including 1 where the brake pads were grinding on bare metal a major oil leak .....and none of this noted on the mot even as an advisory since this the car was returned and my partner assaulted, trading standards involved , financial ombudsman , vosa , police , consumer advice trading standards have informed us they are investigating the same company for a similar issue read more
