After removing the lock he advised it would be £120 which was not what we were quoted on the phone. He also had no real justification for why it was this much. Don't bother booking with them unless you want to be ripped off. Shame I can't give a zero star.

Locksmith arrives and says if it's a complex job, it is £125. Lock removed with a specialist tool in 2 minutes. Understand this is a skilled job, but there was no transparency that it might be higher. Another company has done this exact repair for ~£50 less. Not recommended, won't use again...
