Where do I begin? If I could rate in negative stars I would. We went here to order a 2018 4Runner…read moreTRD Pro. They had an allotment so we could order the car. It took 13 weeks and let me tell you - they would not follow up with us and keep us aware of where the vehicle was in the process. When we were able to speak with the sales people they had no clue where the car was or when it would arrive. They couldn't even remember the options that we told them we wanted on the vehicle. The date kept getting pushed back. When the vehicle finally did arrive it did NOT have all of the options that we specifically requested OVER AND OVER again. After all of that mess today (2 months after I have been driving the vehicle) I get a notification from Subaru that the car I traded in has not been paid off and the title is still in my name. This dealership sold my trade in car and it is still in my name!!!!! Chase is after me for the payoff which is destroying my credit as we speak not to mention someone is out there driving around a car with the title in my name. Very shady and illegal practices going on at this dealer. Save yourself the aggravation and down right fury that I am dealing with. Stay far far away from his place. They are very unethical! Contact me personally if you want the names of these terrible dealership folks.

They warranty the work but not the part. I've used this clutch kit in several other vehicles. Ross Toyota will never work on anything ever again and the new Tundra Platinum I'm getting won't be bought there either. Shade tree mechanic is better than these guys.

So going back to the tires, which were all bad and they failed to inform me. They also failed to inform me of any other things because I just two weeks after having the vehicle started making a weird noises so now I have no vehicle or transport to get to work or home. I also now have no vehicle to do anything simple asked to go to the grocery store or any other errands As that. Whenever I bought my first couple of vehicles from here I thought that they were amazing and they were nice but they basically sold me a lemon every time I've taken my car to a mechanic to listen to it that was their exact words they took you for advantage and sold you a lemon. Never will I ever go back to Bayird in Kennett Missouri because I know even if they were able to fix it even with the grace of them honoring the warranty without me having to drive to Jonesboro with a busted engine. They would have to charge me an arm and a leg if not a few toes to go along so Folks I suggest if you do buy from them, check every single detail inside and outside and while test driving the vehicle. Honestly I would suggest going to S & S auto by Samantha Sebastian and Pedro Sebastian Where are they actually take care of your vehicle and fix it without breaking your wallet or actually take your business to Glen sain across the street. Baird Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Kennett Missouri it's just there for your money and I'll do anything to get you out of it I should've never traded my old car in for it. So I'm sorry folks if you love them this is just what happened to me it may not happen to you but please double check everything if you do buy from them so you won't be in the same predicament I am.....stuck.

These people lied to me to make a sale PERIOD!!! I…read morepurchased a truck from this dealership 3 years ago. It was a 2014 Ram 1500 with 26k miles. The price was a little high and we haggled a for a while with the salesman AND sales manager about price and details. Finally we settled on a price with the deal being, I get it for this price, IF I buy gap and extended warranty. Over the course of HOURS we ask the salesman AND sales manager about the warranties. It was Certified preowned so it came with a (what we were told) 7yr 100,000 mile FROM THE ODOMETER warranty, then we purchased a 100,000 mile extended warranty for $3,200. Our main question that was akin of BOTH SALESMAN AND MANAGER was, "is it up to 100k, or up to 100k". And EVERY TIME we got the same answer, "IT IS 100K FROM THE CURRENT ODOMETER". Well the truck is now at 120k and has a roller bearing, valve or something seizing up. I took the truck into a local dealer and then contacted Bayird when the dealer told me the truck was no longer under warranty. After about 10 minutes on the phone with Bayird I said, "so my salesman and the manager straight up lied to me to make a deal" and the woman said, "well we cant say they lied". So now I am out possibly a few thousand dollars for the repairs, but this is not the first time the Kennett Mo Bayird has disappointed, took the truck to them due to a vibration shortly after we purchased it, I informed the technician that I put a new set of tires on it to see if that was the problem. After "diagnosing it" I recieved the news I had bad tires. To which I replied, "No, I had the tires replaced BECAUSE I wanted to make sure that wasnt the problem". And the replied with, "well your tires are bad, that's $160(I think was the price) diagnostic fee. Took the truck to the Bayird in Paragould and the service tech got in, pulled 20foot forward, backed up got out and said, "your front hubs are bad", he was right, fixed it and went on. Paragould Bayird service Dept was amazing. Was told the extended warranty covered EVERYTHING that wasnt a wear and tear part(brake pads, spark plugs, etc). When the seal went bad in the driver's side headlight I was informed that it wasnt covered, even though A SEAL is not a normal wear and tear part, they still would not fix it. So my suggestion, the Kennett dealership will SAY ANYTHING to get a sale, whether it is true or not, so if you are going to do business with them, proceed with caution and make sure you check and double check EVERYTHING agreed upon. Because after the sale, your just a commission...
