I am hoping that this review finds at least one person that can spread the word. Loveland Ford is…read morea joke. My son bought a used 2015 Escape about 2 years ago from Loveland Ford. The experience was okay. I wouldn't rave but I wouldn't say it was bad. My son was promised a couple of things from the sales department, including a full size spare, which we are still waiting for since they, after a year, sent him a donut. When Ford was asked my son was just told they didn't have any. After a year you would assume they could have procured at least one. ***Side note on Loveland Fords customer service / sales dept. The salesman was asked for a simple Ford hat. The salesman couldn't even muster up enough decency to get a new one. Instead, he gave my son a used hat that had been sitting on the salesman's dash. Needless to say, that hat got thrown out right away.*** When my son took possession of the vehicle he was informed of a recall. I called on his behalf multiple times, but it never seemed as if the parts were ordered. We never got an update, and we never got a straight answer when we called. It only took a year for the first recall to be addressed. Then there was a separate recall for his engine. Ford got my sons escape in but did not keep us informed or updated. My wife had to post one of these negative posts to light a fire under the service department's feet. The car was returned in a timely manner. This was our first decent experience with this dealership. After we got the car, the service tech asked me to ask my wife to remove her negative post. This did not happen as the experience was had and future customers needed to know what they would be facing when dealing with this dealership. Within a couple weeks the check engine light came on and the entire car started shaking while driving. My son set up another appointment to bring the car back. He dropped the car off (4/16), speaking to Charlie the service tech. Charlie made the joke that the Escape was almost brand new with all the recalls cleared up. If this is how a new car behaves from Ford then I might go to Chevy or Dodge for my next vehicle. After speaking to Charlie my son was left to find his own way home, with a 16-month-old baby! No courtesy shuttle was offered or rental car provided. My son had to walk for almost an hour carrying a baby and a car seat. I found out about this and got him a ride...no thanks to Ford. Well, today (4/17) my wife called to complain in person. A service writer answered the phone and said that there is no Charlie working there. Unbelievable since my son spoke to him yesterday morning (4/16). If a dealership is willing to lie like this then what other lies are told to customers. If these repairs to the vehicle need to keep happening, then we will find a mechanic that can fix the issues and Ford can pick up the tab. This has become tiresome.

The owner Keith even gets involved to make sure everything runs smooth and the buyer is happy with their purchase. I was on the fence about an extended warranty and with no pressure either way Keith made it affordable and easy to decide to go with it even though the F150 I was buying runs like an electric vehicle and idles so quietly and smoothly for an ecoboost 3.5 V6. Thank you Auto Integrity for the amazing purchase experience and for helping me through a difficult time when I felt like I had no where else to turn to. Sometimes people forget they are buying pre-owned vehicles so there are never any guarantees. Especially in today's economy when I think less and less people know how to properly care for their vehicle(s) or even change a tire much less ensure proper maintenance. Sadly I see more and more carfax reports showing people choosing crappy places like Walmart for a cheap service rather than paying a quality place like a dealership to do the job properly and thoroughly. Plus a dealership knows what to look for because they specialize in that car and no one at an independent shop knows every single make and model and what to look for. Unfortunately the staff at a place like Grease Monkey or Walmart simply do not have the same level of education support training or knowledge because again no one can know everything about all cars so it pays for itself to find an expert on the product. This would be like taking your iPhone to Samsung and asking for help...but for some reason people think cheaper is better when in fact you get what you pay for. I feel like I made the right decision and am very happy with my purchase from Auto Integrity Sales and Rental. Thank you all for this amazing experience my family and I are very happy with our purchase.

Recently my husband and I found a vehicle online that was available for purchase at the Loveland…read moreAuto Integrity location. They post their cars on a variety of car sales websites. Because this dealership was over 2 hours from us, we called them and inquired about the state of the vehicle. We were told that it ran great, was mechanically sound and that it only had a few little dents and scratches (typical for a 6yo vehicle). We got there 2 hours later and immediately it was obvious that the body damage was understated. The "scratches" were actually an area on the drivers side where someone scraped the car along a pole of some sort and subsequently tore off some molding. The entire molding strip was missing off the rear bumper, the front bumper had holes dented into it from driving into something, and the window tint was damaged. We also discovered that one of the automatic windows didn't work, the spare was missing, and there were several buttons/accessories/molding pieces inside the vehicle that were ripped out or missing. Why wasn't this mentioned before we drove 2 hours to view it? We took the car to a mechanic and were told that the transmission was likely "slipping" and would need costly repairs. We knew something was wrong with the vehicle because it wouldn't accelerate properly.. Instead, it would rev high and jerk just prior to hitting 7000rpm. I know very little about cars but the issue was so obvious any driver would know that something was wrong. When this was mentioned to the dealership they ACTED totally surprised, as if they were unaware of this very obvious defect. (The salesman acted strangely, shooting up multiple red flags with his body language, tone of voice, and his "amnesia" when it came to specific details) The mechanic also showed us various parts under the hood that had be replaced improperly. There was a wood screw plugging a vacuum hose and a sensor just hanging loose with nothing to attach it to. The turbo pipe was smashed between other parts which likely contributed to the various issues under the hood. It was the mechanic's opinion that the vehicle was once heavily modified but those parts were removed prior to sale/repossession and it was just haphazardly thrown back together. He also stated that some crucial parts were missing and other parts were not correct for the model of vehicle. I understand that there will be issues with used cars. However, it is not acceptable to me that this dealer did not disclose any of these major issues with us before driving 120mi to view a very defective vehicle. When we asked to view a Carfax we were given a dirty look and were provided with one that stated that the vehicle had been titled and in their possession for 13months. When we asked them how long they had it, they stated that they only had it for between 4-6months. Riiiiight. One must also note that Auto Integrity rents out the vehicles they sell so these automobiles are titled as fleet vehicles (very obvious on a Carfax). We all know how people treat rentals, so imagine how trashed a rental car is from a seedy rental lot like this one. Auto Integrity only has a few cars on this lot, so one would safely assume that they would be familiar with the ones they have... ESPECIALLY when a car has such a major issue as a TRANSMISSION DEFECT. The mechanic told us the fix would be extremely costly and to definitely pass on the car. The worst thing a salesman can do is lie to a potential buyer. I would have rated this dealer much higher had they admitted that there were issues with this car (a 2005 Jetta GLI). However, it was extremely obvious that they were hiding something and all it took was a visit to a mechanic to confirm our suspicions. There is a reason these guys are NOT BBB APPROVED!!! They also do not offer ANY guarantee on their vehicles (not even 24hours) which should send up a huge red flag. Steer clear of Auto Integrity (such a misleading name don't you think?) and buy from dealerships that stand behind their vehicles and who actually do thorough and honest inspections on them prior to their sale. Remember: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!!

My husband and I have actually purchased 3 cars from here and wouldn't go anywhere else. Allen and John are so easy to work with and make the car buying experience an easy and enjoyable one. Being able to view current inventory online and having someone contact you prior to visiting the store is a huge plus. It gives everyone a better idea of what to expect when going in. They even have a cute little kids corner filled with books and toys for the little ones. The staff was great with my son who isn't quite one year old. Having this separate area for him to play in made the time we were there so much easier on everyone. I highly recommend checking the store out and asking for John. He will take care of you from beginning to end. Isn't pushy but very knowledgeable about the different cars and all the features they all have to offer.

I desperately needed a vehicle and went to them for help I told them my needs and they sold me a Lemon. A 2019 Ford explorer I put $3,000 down and have made three payments on a vehicle I cannot even drive. The transmission went out the first night I got it. They took it back and fix that problem. Then a few days later the engine went out in the car. They had my car for over a month and said that they fixed that as well. After about a week the engine blew going down I-25. I had to pay 275.00 to have it towed home. They told me they had a solution for me. Which was getting me another car loan for another car but they said they couldn't give me legal advice on what to do with the car I already had. So they tried to stick me with the Ford explorer on top of a Dodge journey they were trying to get me to buy for $10,000. When I refused the offer, because I am a woman of little means they weren't nice anymore. Amy threatened to call the police on me and have me thrown off their lot. What I can…read moresay is since all of these reviews, they mush have had a management change or process change. The savvy consumer always does their research online before coming into the dealership. Thus the reason why you are here reading through the reviews. I reached out the the sale manager Nick for my sister who lives right down the street for the store. (I live in Southern California and have been through this process more than a few times) We worked out the details online and then my sister randomly decided to pop in one day without letting either of us know. I'm not sure they sales person's name, but from my understanding, he was very polite, professional and knew a lot about the cars. They ended up walking away with a lower payment with similar down payment than we worked out online. Talk about top notch. Now to address the "High Pressure" idea. Here is a fun fact for every person reading my review. - When people are shopping for vehicles, the average consumer visits 1.6 dealerships before making a purchase. - With that being said, of course they are going to ask you to buy the car the first time you come into the store. You have already seen the car online. You have already narrowed your search down to 1-3 cars you are looking at and finally, you are walking in to make the final decision on what you are going to move forward with. If you don't end up buying then, you will end up buying a car from the very next dealership you visit (Based off of statistics) Expect to be asked to buy the car right now. It's the same way at pretty much every dealership you visit. I had a great experience with Nick and my sister with both Nick and the Sales Person she worked with. I will try and update when my sister shares with me the information of the deal she got and the name of the person she worked with!
