Car ended up needing a bit of work for a fault that arose during the warranty period and they got this sorted for me no questions asked so great after sales care also. Terrible company, please do not use and save yourself a fortune on repairs!!!!!…read more Bought a car from them which broke down on the motorway whilst overtaking on the drive home, it cut out, i had no power and was unable to brake, the car was dangerous, and if it wasnt for my driving experience could quite easily have caused a accident and killed someone. The car got towed back to the dealer which cost me £200 and they wouldnt give me a penny of it back. I left it with them and went back the following week to collect the apparently repaired car. This time it did get me home, it lasted a week and started cutting out out every 5 minutes, so yet again had to pay to get it towed back to the dealer, this was one of a number of things that were wrong with it. They tried to avoid liability for the problems by telling me it was contaminated fuel that caused it, apparently this is quite a common excuse they use when things go wrong. I had only filled it up once from the garage around the corner from the showroom, after my own investigating there were no reports of contamintated fuel from the garage, when I told the owner of my findings he said that the owners of the fuel station were asian, so they wouldnt have admitted to it. nothing like a bit of racism when buying a car.( the guy at reception told me they use this fuel station all the time for showroom cars) I had the car inspected by the another garage who couldnt believe the state it was in for the number of miles it had done, and said it was a possibility it could have been clocked. The engine was made up of badly reconditioned parts that needed replacing The customer service is almost non existent, they stopped answering my calls, and didnt return messages, took a threat of trading standards to contact me. They dont offer a free warranty and dont even attempt to sell you one, could this be because they sell crap cars and dont want any responsibility for them when they have been sold? overall as well as all the inconvenience it has cost me over £1200 to repair the car, the best thing that happend to it was when someone drove in to the back of it and wrote it off. Anyway the hard lesson that i have learnt is DO NOT USE GC CAR SALES!!!!!

They never even told the customer,, he had to ring up and find out too. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
