TLDR: Zero truth behind their sales pitch, good luck getting post-sale support. If I could give -5…read morestars, I would! Absolute post-sale disappointment! We purchased mattress 3 years ago. We specifically wanted something extra firm with reinforced edges. The salesperson assured us the mattress he recommended was exactly what we were looking for and said though unlikely, should there be an issue "We replace it, easy peasy!". This mattress with 15+ year warranty failed within 3 years, in spite of rotating it regularly; the side collapsed and created a significant depression on one side (~3"). My husband has a night sweat condition and as a result, the mattress (which was supposed to be "microbial") turned yellow quickly, but that's not of concern to us, only the structure of the mattress, however, it soon became ONE of the scapegoat for the store. I called the store, they informed me that I have to go through the manufacturer. They also told me that though we all the sales documentation and the model number, etc., since the tag labeled "do not remove until customer has taken delivery" was missing, it's not suitable for claim. When I insisted, they submitted the claim and later came back saying it's denied due to stains - which are not related to the claim whatsoever (it was even mentioned in the paperwork)!!! Here's why this review is for the store and not the manufacturer: they lied about the warranty process during their sales pitch, and turns out, lied about a few other things I recently found out: I recently called about an Ashley sofa on their website, to see if it was in stock. When I said I would like to purchase it, they told me that they would have to charge me an additional $500 because of upcoming tariffs - nowhere mentioned on their site. When I called other stores in town carrying the same sofa - I was informed by more than one of them that Ashley Furniture has been giving retailers a rebate to pass along to their customers to offset such tariffs and that they sell it at the listed cost (exact same as AHF). But I guess that's not something this store is doing - why pass it along when you can keep it. While on the phone with these other stores, I asked about their mattress warranty for the exact same brand for which I submitted a claim and they confirmed that only the stitched on tag is needed - THEY come over and cut it out, assess the mattress and the store itself replaces it directly to the customer and THEY deal with the manufacturer afterwards. So they'll tell you anything to make a buck, and won't stand behind their product. Be safer and head to Smith's instead.

It seems quite rare for people to share reviews of how their seeds turned out, but I thought I'd…read moreadd my experience. I picked up a pack of seeds in St. John's last summer (2024) and planted the chocolate cherry variety for the 2025 growing season. Unfortunately, the germination rate was lower than expected, out of about 10 seeds, only 2 sprouted, and they were a bit weaker compared to others I grew from fresh seeds from fresh tomatoes from the grocery store. I understand dry seeds can be less fertile than fresh ones, but this felt quite a bit lower than I anticipated. I stored them in the fridge for a year, so I don't believe storage was the issue. What really surprised me, though, was that the one plant I grew out didn't resemble what was described on the package. They didn't produce cherry-sized fruit and weren't dark or "chocolatey" in colour. See photos I uploaded on the business. It felt like there may have been some cross contamination with other seeds in packing. The tomatoes were still tasty better than most grocery store ones, but they were more like a common red variety that I could have easily picked up at a local nursery or chain store, and they weren't as productive as I'd hoped. Since I only had enough space on my deck to grow two tomato plants, it was just disappointing that they didn't turn out as expected. It's possible I just ended up with a bad pack, but I did notice there was no date label on the package (unlike another local seed company I purchased from that clearly listed the packaging date). That makes me a little hesitant to be confident these seeds will consistently grow true to type or is a fresh batch of seeds that is productive.

Everything went well! There were no problems that I am aware of!! A good quality Sympathy Bouquet…read moreat a good price! Also, delivered on time!
