One day I get a call that there was fentynol in my urine. I don't do any drugs that are not prescribed and never have. He knew that. He could tell from my personality. Next , I broke my femur. The only thing keeping me was knowing i had this wonderful pain doc, to come home to after rehab. He gave me a day to get retested and i did. Test was negative. He wouldn't accept me back, he discharged me, for fentynol use. I wasn't sick .I am convinced that nNna changed the results of my test to get rid of me. I was always calling for him. and the staff would give me her. There is something sinister about her. I don't know why he wouldn't take me back, even though I emailed him negative results the next day. I didn't want to go back to his office for the test because i knew she could mes with it again. So I went to a quest center near my home. and e' mailed him the results asap. I am so hurt. I thought i finally had my life back. He never got back to me to explain anything. He didn't call my surgeon back either. I would not refer him to anyone. He hurt me emotionally and devastated me.

He had ordered MRIs which showed I had advanced stenosis resulting in daily pain and a poor quality of life. I had been suffering for many years following a motor vehicle accident and arthritic changes and I'd been receiving numerous epidurals and meds elsewhere but relief was never permanent and I felt this is no way to live. My visit and meeting Dr Blanco was life changing!! I felt music should have played in the background.. that's how much of a difference that made in my life. (I was in the picture with them but came out terrible so i cut myself out! They are the superstars anyway!!!!) My next step is to see the neurosurgeon that Dr Blanco recommended who will perform the permanent implant surgery. Of course there will be a review! Let's all keep our fingers crossed! After another 10 minutes, I ask which building to go to and am told they don't know and will contact the center. The center gets on the line and gives me an address, I say "ma'am I am well aware of the address, how about giving me a building number. I finally arrive at their office at 10 am and hand the lady my paperwork. At 10:30, I go to the counter and ask the lady how much longer I', going to have to wait. Her response is "your next in line and you had an attitude before you even got here and I can reschedule if I want" TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!! At 10:45 I ask for my papers back and call to schedule an appointment with another one of their offices. This appointment is scheduled for 2/22 at 9am. In doing some due diligence, I reach out to David Wood who is the Chief Experience Officer of this entire group. He is very cordial on the phone, I tell him what transpired, he says he is sorry and asks me if I want him to contact the office and speak to the parties involved. I was baffled. How about just doing your job Mr. Wood as the Chief Experience Officer as my experience sucked!!! OK so I go into my appointment on 2/22 at 8:50 and sign in. 2 minutes later, a woman calls my name and tells me that my appointment is with a nurse practitioner (of which I was NEVER told) and that she can't see me today (of which I NEVER received a call) After leaving their office not a happy camper, I proceeded to text Mr. Wood at 8:53 and no response.
