The company prepares vegan bulk meals over the weekend and you pick up your meals for the week on Monday or Tuesday (or if you live close to the highway, you can have the food delivered on Monday). I'm not vegan or vegetarian (I love meat and all things dairy) so I did not have high hopes for the food---I just planned to just suffer through whatever they threw at me so I didn't end up looking like Jabba the Hut at the end of my project. This week I placed my first order (I ordered enough food for lunch every day). Turns out, my low expectations were totally off-base. The food is amazing. The meals are very flavorful and I find myself looking forward to lunch despite the fact that it's healthy. Everything is homemade with whole foods and no preservatives are used. Because of this, I stay full for a long time. I am usually a big-time snacker, but the meals have really curbed my desire to pilfer candy jars.
