Cheesecake Factory is the type of place where the food will always be solid to very good, as long as you have an idea on what to order. The New Orleans style shrimp appetizer was amazing. Could've used a few more shrimp. I went for the low calorie option with a Turkey burger and it was cooked the way I like it and topped with delicious grilled onions. You always know what you are getting when you are going to the cheesecake factory. We choose to just split a couple apps today. We first asked for the strawberry lemonade & they were all out of strawberry which was super disappointing. Then we got the bread which was warm & delicious. We first ordered the Eggroll Sampler and our server told us we could get it but they were out of the tex-mex ones so we could double up on a different one, so we did. 10 minutes later she came back and now they were all the sudden out of the egg roll sampler as a whole which was very sad. We ended up getting the Crispy Brussel sporuts, which was ok, they were really dry and not much bacon at all. As well as the Chicken Potstickers, these were really good we liked them. Lastly, we got the Factory Nachos which were good but nothing special, the cheese was good but other than that the plate just felt overall cold and got hard quickly. I've been to this Cheesecake Factory location in Burlington several times over the years. It's never quite a 5-star experience, so don't ask me why I keep coming back, haha, I guess I know what to expect at this point and the food is usually good. Came in for a quick bite with a friend and we ordered a few things to share: the fried zucchini, baked brie with truffle honey butter, crispy Brussels sprouts with parmesan, truffle honey & balsamic, parmesan truffle fries and the carne asada steak. The food was actually really good, no complaints there. It was my first time trying Brussels sprouts as I've never really liked them because they look like mini cabbages. The carne asada came with rice and corn. Very good. I love their whole wheat bread. I could go there and eat just that. Drinks were a miss this time. My friend ordered a Cosmo and didn't like it, she said it tasted like bottled juice. I got the passion fruit margarita, which was very strong, but not in a good way. The alcohol overpowered the flavor, so it wasn't really enjoyable. Service was hit or miss. It was busy, so our server seemed a bit flustered (understandably), but we didn't have any plates when our food came out and had to ask for them multiple times. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, and the food took about 40 minutes to arrive after we ordered. We were there for a friends birthday party and our server was giving us some serious attitude asking for more bread. Now we were a party of 5 and one basket of bread isn't really enough for everyone. We also waited about 30 minutes for our entrees after we placed the orders which took 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge our table after we sat down. Total time 45 minutes before we had food other than bread and water/beverages. To be clear, the restaurant was not very busy even though it was dinner time, plenty of vacant tables around us. It was a weekday night. We were hungry and this restaurant is known for their bread. I didn't think it was unreasonable to ask for another basket or two. When the entrees came out, I felt that the pasta dish (Carbonara) that I got was overpriced and not very flavorful. It had also cooled off quite a bit, warm to lukewarm temperature. I usually get the fish and chips, but wanted to try something different this time around. Whenever I come here I have to get their chicken bellagio. The chicken is very well made every time. The noodles were a bit bland so I would recommend adding some seasoning. It's been awhile since we have been here but we decided to stop in on a Saturday, the day after black Friday. We were told we would have a 30 minute wait and we decided to stay. About an hour later my husband went up and asked about our place in line. They had somehow skipped us. At that point, they gave us the next available seat. I was feeling pretty sick when we finally sat down as I hadn't eaten yet that day and it was now going on two in the afternoon. It was still crazy busy so it took a few minutes for our waiter to arrive and get our drink orders. He arrived a few minutes later with bread and took our orders. I was very thankful for the bread lol. I flagged him down and asked for more soon after. It was quite awhile before the food arrived, but it was all very yummy. I had the bee sting flat bread and my daughter had the cheese. Hubs had nachos. My daughter and I ordered peppermint cheesecake for dessert but food had finally kicked in so we took half home. I haven't been here in YEARS! But decided to take my nephew for a little after school treat. He said...dessert is too fast, let's get food too! So that's what we did! He ordered kids spaghetti and meatballs and DEVOURED it! I had the kids sliders, the perfect small portion and very yummy. For dessert I had the s'mores cheesecake and he had the MASSIVE chocolate cake! Our waitress was FANTASTIC. We were seated right next to the kitchen which was very loud and at times our booth was slammed with what seemed to be containers of dirty dishes causing more noise and a startle. We ordered an oreo milkshake, friend zucchini, fried mac n cheese balls, orange chicken, tex mex eggs, and oreo extreme cheesecake (not pictured). The oreo milkshake was big and satisfying, but heavy and filling. The fried zucchini were cooked to perfection and nothing is better than the ranch on the side. The mac n cheese balls were delicious, especially with the vodka sauce. As for our main dishes, the orange chicken is exactly what you would expect from Cheesecake. It lacked authentic flavor and only a couple of bites were taken. The tex mex egg rolls were fresh and delicious, the avocado crema was a perfect pairing. Lastly, we got our cheesecake to go and it was packed with the oreo flavoring and really hit the spot. Our waitress Jessyca V. was absolutely amazing and such a sweetheart. The Cheesecake Factory in the Burlington mall is a very large, busy restaurant. It seems to be a local favorite with an exceptionally large menu and portions to match. I have tried a few times and find the entrees to be okay. It's very very very loud in the dining room and probably not the best for a quiet date night. Prices are a little elevated for the quality in my humble opinion. I will say that the actual cheesecake, regardless of the type of cheesecake, is absolutely delicious! Parking is okay, mall lot can get busy but there's always an available spot. Probably best to make a reservation to avoid the wait. The service that my friend and I had a couple days ago was incredible. Our server, Skarlyn (I'm not sure if I misspelled his name), was very attentive and pleasant the whole time. He recommended dishes and cheesecakes to us, and refilled our waters and drinks without us having to ask for them. As a server myself, I notice when service is terrible or fantastic, and he really went above and beyond for us and all of the other tables he was taking at the time. The food was excellent, as usual. I always loved Cheesecake Factory. It's been a long time since I been here but I was kind of disappointed with the service. We requested a table for 3 adults and 2 kids and they squeezed us in for a table of 4 ... Once we got sat and had our drink orders taken it took them 20 minutes to come back to take our food order. At that point there was no bread no drinks. We ordered our food. Waited another 10 minutes to find out drinks and bread on a tray behind us. There was no server bringing that over to us and we watched it sat there for another 5 minutes. Then finally the server brought it over to us. The bread was already cold. It took a very long time for the food to arrive and we had to ask random servers passing by to take the empty plates because there was absolutely no room. I got Joe as a server and he was so nice, so attentive, tried to do things for me like check on if they had seltzers even though they weren't on menu or write that I wanted light cheese on my flatbread (even though the kitchen did not follow note) My downside about it was how much they charged for a bullet rye, I usually just get it neat and at most places is a little cheaper than cocktails however here it was as much as a cocktail!! And with no frills. So I wouldn't order that again there and would think the prices would be a little more fair since they're such a big company. I met a business acquaintance for dinner. Have eaten at Cheesecake Factory restaurants in Massachusetts and other states for many years. I viewed the menu and as before a large selection , but I am not a fan of large menus . Restaurants with quality dishes focus on what chef does best vs. many options. Some of my prior favorites dishes were gone. The Hungarian goulash I think was called was my favorite and gone. Appetizers were same old ones get cheap type non descriptive type things like egg rolls , nothing unique. Rest of menu all run of mill pasta dishes, way over priced meat or steak dishes... again I'll order a 48 dollar fillet steak at a steakhouse not here. Other items, burgers, tacos, sandwiches... tin of mill stuff. Salads looked ok, but again ... are they known for good salads? Anyway... ordered the honey truffle chicken dish which came with asparagus, mashed potatoes. Was 27.00. As anticipated... run of mill nothing special dish Minimal chicken size pieces heavy breaded honey taste wax I guess ok... I tasted no truffle flavors . Few dinky pieces asparagus not grilled, salted, seasoned... huge lump of nasty mashed potatoes with no flavor, butter, tarragon...dish wax a 13.95 dish at 99 restaurants, Applebees and chef skills of a high school kid starting out cooking grill at Chilis... Nice interior restaurant, seating , feel of a quality dining experience with lousy food. Nothing now attracts me here but the cheesecake deserts. Next time, a Quality Frank Peppes pizza next door a better dinner and then a desert visit here for a cocktail and cheesecake . I see they are still offering inflation pricing, reduced food distinctions to low end . Concept needs adjustment. We came to the cheesecake factory from Concord, New Hampshire for our favorites! We enjoyed the Buffalo blast, the New England clam chowder and Parmesan crusted chicken. Everything was delicious. We went to the Cheesecake Factory in Burlington tonight with our two young children and my brother in law. We had some issues with the timing of the food and drinks -- they took an overlong period of time to arrive. But honestly, that's not the issue. The manager stopped by our table as we were paying the check to see how everything went. I told him that we weren't happy with the timing, and he got very aggressive with us. He went over to the computer to check when the items were ordered, and when they came out, then came back to the table to argue the issue. We weren't interested in arguing and just wanted to leave at this point -- but he kept going. He hovered over the table telling my brother in law that "he needed some manners". I asked him to please leave us alone, the children were getting freaked out, but he wouldn't go. He had some strange obsession with proving his point that the food and drinks did not arrive late. Again, that's not the point; if they consider the timing to be normal for them, that's fine, we just don't have to go back. The point was his aggressive, rude and defensive attitude. Today is a Saturday and a holiday so you can imagine how PACKED it is. We were expecting a 1 hour to an hour and a half wait at least, however, the wait time for a duo like us was only 15-20 minutes! We were shocked. We ordered Street corn to start, and four cheese pasta and fettuccine chicken Alfredo for our entree. The street corn was absolutely addicting with its flavorful mix of cheese, spice, and sweetness of corn. I can only imagine what the real elote tastes like. The four cheese pasta came with a dollop of mozzarella cheese and it was so easy to mix and so creamy afterwards. The fettuccine was also very creamy. I prefer my pasta soft so the Al dente wasn't really for me. I'm just sad that they took my favorite pastas off the menu. I really missed the flavors of the neopolatana and Cacio e Pepe pasta.
