I have to cut right to the chase here- Yes the tenders are great BUT the wings? Absolute core-memory status! They may be the real headliner here and i never knew it. I decided to roll the dice on them one day on a whim. And wow. The flavor was a knockout and they still have incredible crispiness which I am fond of. I'm thinking it may shatter the standard wing mold....at least in Las Vegas. They have a pretty satisfiable collection of sauces and it compliments the wings perfectly. I really like the chicken tenders and the sauces, most were recommended by the staff, especially that garlic hot sauce mixture that they had which was a must-have. The fries were alright, could be crisper but had a nice flavor to it. Again, I took the recommendation from the staff as far as the sauces so trust them, they know their menu well. So we went to a storefront instead. When you walk into this specific location, its filled with a random array of license plates. The decor was just nice and cute. The ambiance was very laid back too. I went to the location at Sunset and Mountain Vista about 2:00 PM on March 14, 2026 and had the most asinine and ridicules encounter of my life with the cashier. I ordered the 6-piece chicken wings ($11.99). When I asked for all flats, I was told there would be a $3.00 per wing charge. I asked the cashier if she was saying there would be an $18.00 up charge for this request to which she said yes. She was wanting to charge me $29.99 (2.5 times the menu price to substitute 3 wings). Just to see what she would say (not that I would pay it), I asked why it wouldn't be $9.00 since they were only substituting 3 wings to which she replied that it throws off their balance of wings. Either this cashier was stupid or management has policies in place to heavily penalize menu change requests.
