I LOVE HUSTLE KINDNESS…read more I've have been trying to make it down to the Hustle Kindness Headquarters for the last couple years. I finally made it all the way from Phoenix, Arizona! My fiancée and I have been ordering their shirts online for the last few years. We love to sport our hustle kindness gear! My fiancée is from Farmington, NM and mentioned to me that the store front for Hustle Kindness was located there. I was like, "Whhhaaatt???!!!" I told her next time we go visit your family in NM we have to stop by Hustle Kindness to check it out. And we finally did that today! :) They have some much cool stuff here, they have a plethora of clothing gear such as shirts, long sleeve, hats, hoodies, and much more. We bought a few shirt for us and our kids, and I also got a cool snap back hat. My favorite thing about the Hustle Kindness Brand is their cause! They are really doing a lot of good things in the world, and I am all about that! This is my favorite non-profit organization! :) It's so cool that their main head quarters is located in my fiancées home town. We will definitely be frequent visitor every time we stop into town! Good Vibes!!

This store offers no color tag discounts and no military, senior, or first responder discounts, so I usually go to Durango. This store is usually in disarray, has very little on the shelves and is overpriced. It has seemed a bit better the past two months so I have tried going there again, however the older lady who is manager was rude, condescending and flat out lied about an item, took it from me and put it in the back. I had asked if it could be discounted because it was broken, she said no, but then refused to allow me to purchase it at all. To say you cannot purchase broken items at Goodwill is comical, most of their items are broken or chipped and customers purchase them at a discount because they are. I will go back to Durango, the store is run better, the employees are not as unhappy. The young man who checked me out was very apologetic about how unkind the manager was to me but said, he was unable to intervene because if he "ruffled her feathers" she would make his job miserable.

I would give them 0 stars if I didn't know they have programs that do help with jobs and such. I've donated multiple times knowing it's for a good cause but seeing things I've bought for $5 and they marked it $15 is very vey steep especially for people that go there because money might be tight and want to find a reasonable used item.

I was vacationing with my family last week in Durango, and we happened upon this store while…read moreshopping in the downtown area. All three of my sisters and I made purchases, including souvenirs, and I bought a pair of sunglasses that I liked. Unfortunately, after wearing the sunglasses for a while the next day, I found that they pinched the sides of my head and gave me a headache -- something I could not have discovered by simply trying them on for a minute or two in the shop. When we returned to the downtown for more shopping a few days later, I brought the sunglasses back into the store and requested a refund. Note: my mistake for not asking about the return policy prior to purchase, hence my two-star rating (not one). The cashier (could have been the shop owner) refused my refund because she claimed the glasses were scratched. If there are scratches, they are microscopic and probably were there when I bought them, because I kept the glasses in my own hard-cover sunglasses case from the moment I removed them from my face on the day I wore them until the moment I returned to the store -- but honestly I don't see any scratches on these glasses. She went on to say, "I don't even think Walmart would [accept the return]," which I found both rude and puzzling. Is she comparing her store with Walmart? Wouldn't she rather compare herself with Nordstrom, where essentially I could return a pair of sunglasses broken in two pieces and they would accept the return? Or a quaint boutique where the shop keeper strives to please her customers, particularly female travelers who are prepared to spend money on souvenirs for themselves and their kids, and with whom you only get one chance to make a good impression with stellar customer service? (Consider that when we returned with my Mom to shop the downtown a second time, I steered her away from this shop and we shopped elsewhere, where my Mom spent a bunch of money buying clothes and souvenirs for her daughters and grandkids.) In any case, I certainly didn't get the feeling that she thinks of her shop as a place where the shop keeper creates a personal and memorable connection with guests -- which is the whole point of my family and I shopping in a downtown boutique. If I wanted to buy glasses at Walmart, I would have gone there. It's unfortunate that I can't recommend this shop to anyone shopping in Durango.
