This store is a disaster and the employees are beyond rude. The employees are not only rude to customers but they also literally yell at one another aggressively from across the entire store. The store is always unkept and messy, you can barely navigate your way around inside the store and they take forever to check you out. Customer service is AWFUL. I will never spend another penny at this store or any children's place in the future. Whoever the manager is has bunch of sorry employees. read more

Took 10 days to arrive. Ordered regular size and sent tall. Ordered 2 different sizes and added gift option - sent one box, one card and what passes for two pieces of tissue paper. Bombarded me with 6 to 8 ad emails a day while waiting for the delivery. Absolutely will never order from this company again. read more

Worst customer service ever! They left an item out of my package that was sold as a complete outfit that I ordered to have for a specific time frame after speaking with two managers they tell me they can only offer to send another one in 7-10 business days! The item wasn't even on my packing slip but I was charged for it. So after about 45 mins on the phone I speak with a third manager who says he's going to help me out that he will be sending it out in 3 business days which would have been 2 days too late but he was helping me out for their mistake or I can go pick it up at the store which the closest one to me is over an hour and a half drive which is why I placed my order online in the first place smh lol just refund me for the entire order I'm sending it all back smh read more

The two ladies at checkout at TCP on Sunday Nov 17 at 2:30pm we're the rudest customer service employees I have ever encountered. We tried on clothes in the dressing room and there's was no place to hang the items we didn't want so we left them in the dressing room. When I went to check out with $100 worth of merchandise they asked if I wanted the items I left in the dressing room and I replied no. Then the one said to the other in a smart way, "well I guess she thinks we are going to put her clothes back." And mumbled rudely back and forth t each other. I said, "usually there's a spot to hang the clothes you don't want and I didn't see one." They gave me nasty looks and acted like I was inconveniencing then. I said, "well I will put them back." After I checked out I went over and grabbed her clothes to put back myself and said, "you all are very rude for being in customer service." And they snapped at each other with an attitude and said, "we're rude? Did she just say we're rude!" In a threatening way. I went and put the clothes away and left immediately. I have never been treated to rudely in a store before. I will not be back to this location any time soon. read more
