It's tucked in at the far end of a very small strip mall perpendicular to Causeway, across from Lakeside Mall. The shop is TINY and selection is rather limited. The one guy that was in there (owner or manager, not sure which) was knowledgeable, though, and seemed to try and stay on top of making sure he had a full size range in everything that they do carry. Also friendly and helpful with the questions we were asking. They carry some different brands from Harry's, so if you're looking for different options you may want to check here before hitting the web. Of course the size in the one wetsuit that I wanted to try had just been re-ordered, so I was up a creek on that one the day we went in.

I called on the following Tuesday as we did not get our cards as promised. I was told someone would get back with me. No call. On Wednesday I called again and still no answer as to what the hold up was. We were off the next 2 days for the holiday. On Monday (now 2 weeks later) I called and was told they did them but forgot to do the backs and the guy would be in that day and we would have at the end of that day. Nope! No call from them. I called that afternoon and I was told "The guy did not come and they would be done buy the end of day Tuesday". When I called Tuesday 10 a.m. to make sure we were getting that day they were so RUDE. Yes! If he comes in you will get them!! That is what she exclaimed. When we finally got them at 2:30pm and asked if a discount would be applied, the lady was so vile, foul, loud and outright unpleasant. I would NEVER EVER, not under any condition, would I recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional, incompetent. They do not even deserve 1 star.

This is the nicest and the one high end Department store in the bayou region, so if you need Mikasa or a pair of Spanks this is the only place in town. Keep in mind that you are shopping a sale rack and will need to buy two season's in advance. I steer clear of trending items and go for classics that I know will still be in season when the time is right. On a lucky day you might just hit a day when they offer and additional 50% off the sale price. Yep, you can buy beautiful quality items for dirt cheap. The prices are sooooooo cheap that I find myself coming here first and then heading to Marshall's. If buying a gift, have them wrap it, it will save you time and money.
