I've never had bed bugs in my entire 30 years, I've never even seen one. now I have all the proof that our house was cleaned before we moved in and then our U-Haul was clean before and after the use. bed bug started crawling out of their couch on March 5th by March 6th I was 8 up from head to toe. When we contacted the company they refused to help us with anything they treated us horribly. When we spoke with the district manager they refused to help us treat the bed bugs that they had brought into our house. they said that everything we were renting was new but when we got the paperwork everything had been used. They said they cleaned the couch but when I had moved the couch cushions to start trying to bleach and clean to get rid of these things, I found little girl kids toys, and my husband and I have no kids. so you tell me if they cleaned the couch before they gave it to us while they were toys down in it. I don't want anything for free I just wanted Justice they will not help you get your stuff clean if they give you bed bugs, and the stuff is not clean the way they say it is I have pictures of everything.
