On one project, we moved through years of old clothes and an entire home in two days. With her uncanny, natural ability to process disarray/discordance and her broad experience with small and large spaces alike, Natalie almost instantly "knows" what's going on, provides a suggestion and helps execute the remediation. I have worked with other organizers, and no one comes close to Natalie. Other organizers focus on one of the following: aesthetics (without functionality), purging (without organization) or organization (without purging). I own a condo in Jersey City. About 10 months after installation, the hanging rod in my primary bedroom closet collapsed, leaving my clothes on the floor. When I called, they said the earliest repair appointment was a month out. Even though I was frustrated, I asked them to send a replacement rod so I could try to fix it myself in the meantime. The rod they sent was too short, so I couldn't even hire someone to repair it -- I had no choice but to wait for their appointment. When the owner finally came out, he initially questioned what I was saying because he claimed it matched the original specs. But once he looked, he realized I was right -- the rod was too short. He stayed briefly, left the parts scattered around my room, and even asked me for my own toolbox, then said he had to leave for a doctor's appointment and promised to reschedule. After that, he later claimed I missed two follow-up appointments. That is simply not true. I live in a luxury condo building with 24/7 surveillance, and no one from his team showed up, rang my Butterfly/intercom, or contacted me. Everything is on camera -- no one came. And now today, after calling to ask why no one showed up again, he's suddenly demanding a $150 repair fee in February--after coming on 11/24 without the proper parts to fix it in the first place. The fact that he's willing to lie when I have everything documented on video is unbelievable. At this point, it seems like the fix may cost more than he's willing to absorb, so he avoids completing the job and blames the customer. Honestly, it also doesn't seem like he knows how to properly fix the work himself. Bottom line: if you want your closet to be sturdy and professionally installed, don't shop with The Closet Butler.

Nina had a big challenge with us - organize everything into a system that worked for us, and create storage since we didn't want to get a storage unit. We usually don't have people over, especially to inspect everything closely. Nina made me so comfortable that I really felt like she was my friend! Over about 2 days, she made sure I rested while we talked motherhood. I loved it. We felt so comfortable that we went and got burgers at one point. Nina and her team guided us through going through our things to donate (basically being our therapists lol), and took them to donation sites for us. We told her what we needed for each space and what items we used most often to have them easily accessible. Then they went to work. Sorting, folding, organizing, building shelves and enhancing our space. We had some built in elfa shelves and she put them to maximum use. Nina created a storage unit under our bed by using lifts and these great giant cubes for clothes. The best part was them figuring out where we could put our baby's crib and items in our room. I'll never forget Nina's partner building our crib. It was the biggest weight off my shoulders and was such a luxurious and special experience. Nina even came back another day to touch up some places and organize our kitchen cabinets. Everything was transparent price-wise, and I was comfortable with everything purchased. Nina suggested items and then we decided if we wanted them or not, or she suggested alternatives. They were delivered to us and she set it all up. Seamless.
