So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean). Price is reasonable and communication is easy and fast. Downright the best cleaning team I've used.

From then on it only got worse, they show up randomly instead of the time they scheduled, they don't put things back in the same place after they clean, and don't expect them to care about your stuff, they will throw it wherever is convenient. For some people this service ticks the box as just a cleaning service and based on that they do a good job with cleaning surfaces kitchen bathrooms etc. But for others, myself included, I didn't feel I was receiving the type of care that I feel a personal home cleaning service should be.

On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. I explained it was an older…read moredisabled persons home and that it needed some very specific things - floors bathrooms etc. They started out strong it seemed, turning over the couch and cleaning behind it but when I went back to the living room I saw areas of dust that hadn't been touched. I requested they return to finish that section. In the dining room, after they left I noticed that the chandelier hadn't been touched. There was a plumber in that morning that went over time, so I don't fault them at having a delay but they asked for another half hour to finish the kitchen. Many things were cleaned but the floors where they dipped under the cabinets for a few inches looked untouched. The lead said she sprayed degreaser but didn't have time to clean the area - they left 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. I would prefer they finished the job. The bathroom windows weren't cleaned even though that was a request. I feel like the job should have been quoted instead of an hourly. The team seemed to want to get out of there in lieu of finishing the job properly. When I complained they told me they sent a team of 3 instead of two that was quoted and that had I gotten 2 or would have taken a longer time so I should be happy. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home. I had cleaned and organized for a month before hiring them so felt it was in better shape but needed a DEEP cleaning - that to me means getting under the cabinets in the kitchen floor.
