Surprisingly not that many in the Chesterfield area... so while I was in between meetings at the new job, I sent off enquiries to three different companies. Only two responded and only Tidy Tiffany & Co was able to meet the timeframe we were looking for... on really short notice. Jemma was quick to respond to my email and was able to give me a quote over the phone based on my description of the house and what needed doing... which was really appreciated since we were already in London and couldn't just pop over to the house to let someone in. I'll admit that when the quote came in, Mr. Snarky and I didn't think it would take 6 hours of work, but the quote was bang on the money! Not only that, but when I talked with Jemma on the phone about the fact that we were driving up from London and we would drive back early evening, she was able to get more of her staff to help out, so we wouldn't be leaving quite so late. When they showed up, they were all wearing black uniforms so you could identify them easily and they were really friendly. They got to work quickly and between the three of them, managed to clean the house (3 bed semi-detached) in two hours. Jemma even cleaned the refrigerator :). They asked us to do a walk through and make sure that we were happy with the results. They did a wonderful job... the house looked like it did when we moved in. Not to mention that they were able to accommodate us on really short notice (I contacted them the same week... Wednesday or Thursday and they came to clean on Saturday afternoon). I don't have any other quotes to compare to as the other company needed to walk through the house, but at £160 for three staff, over two hours, on short notice... we thought it worth every penny! If you need any cleaning services, definitely check out Tidy Tiffany & Co... best service and result we could have asked for!

We are absolutely thrilled with the service we were offered today - we have been in the house ten…read moreyears and inherited some nasty stains which we thought we would never be able to get rid of - however the stains have all been removed and the capets look as good as new, stain guarded and dried in thirty minutes - the two guys who came worked really hard while they were here and did a very thorough job - they were very friendly and helpful - they offer a variety of packages and we can't believe how reasonable the price was and we were amazed at how many rooms they cleaned for the price we paid - we are extrememly happy with the work and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Sally is easy to contact through email I have never had to wait long for a reply which makes it so easy to keep in touch even with a busy working life. Their pet-friendly approach is also a real comfort to me. My pets are in their cage while the cleaners are there, but dislike loud noises. Yet they seem completely un-traumatised by the experience. I'm sure part of that is the friendly 'Hello' they receive, as they love visitors! The cleaning team are lovely ladies who do a thorough job. The cost is reasonable and I have never felt the least bit worried about leaving my home in the hands of strangers. My house is sparkling and I am far less frantic!
