We've been using The Cleaning AUthority for several years after using another cleaning service for several years. The ladies generally do a good job of cleaning the things they tell you they will clean. I would be happier if they mopped hard floors, but sadly that's not included in the prices they quote. They do send a seemingly different team every week, which is both good and bad. While they don't always know where all the trash cans are, etc., I think we get a better cleaning from teams who don't necessarily know what we'll complain about and what we won't if it gets missed. (That was our primary complaint about the previous cleaning service -- they got lazy over time and stopped cleaning certain things altogether if we didn't complain when they missed the areas once.) They are usually late getting to our house compared to the time they are scheduled to arrive according to their smartphone app. And they rarely speak enough English to communicate well, but a translation app on my iPhone generally solves that problem. Sometimes we get a crew of three and sometimes only get one person. I always feel sorry for the ladies who show up alone and have to spend a few hours cleaning by themselves. First off, I would just like to say that this cleaning company is the best I have ever used. Their customer service is unlike any other. Any time I have called, I have never been put on hold or sent to voicemail, and the person on the other line is so kind and attentive. THIS IS THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL YOU WANT!!!! We had 3 different cleaning "family duos" and ended with them telling me when they will clean, another couple could never seem to get here on time. The last crew ended with one of them hiding her alcohol cup but she made a mistake and left her cup in the powder room sink! We have been using Cleaning Authority for around a year and I have adopted Team 6 as "My Team"! I love them (Magdalena, Eliza and Leticia). If they are taken away I will be heartbroken and would be tempted to check out other options! They always leave our home so clean and fresh. We have them every 2 weeks and wish I could have them every day. Besides that they have a great command of English and a very pleasing appearance. I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a few months now and am very pleased with their service! The rotation system (deep cleaning a particular area on a weekly basis) ensures that all areas of the get really clean on a regular basis. I love that things like kitchen cabinets (including baseboards!) are wiped down thoroughly. Bathrooms are really scrubbed well and blinds get cleaned. We had one week where some things got missed and they immediately offered to have a team come out the next day to re-do the cleaning. Emmily and Angela and Ydritia do a wonderful job cleaning my home. They leave it looking brand new every two weeks. They vacuum and fluff my couch, which is a huge help with two cats who shed.
