On three separate occasions, they dripped cleaning products on the beautiful Karastan carpet in my master bedroom, one instance of which resulted in minor damage (a small bleach spot). I reported each of these and was given assurance it wouldn't happen again. It did. On Sept. 2, they put 4 silver-dollar sized and 4 smaller bleach marks in the most visible part of the carpet by carrying a dripping rag or mop over it, ruining my carpet. Their insurance company accepted liability, but paid out less than 50% of the cost to replace the carpet in that one room, and they would not even consider paying for the matching carpet in the adjacent room. The insurance company automatically depreciates carpet over a couple of years old regardless of condition (a carpet expert declared mine looked as new, other than the bleach stains). I asked the owner to pay the remaining balance to replace carpet in the one room--she ghosted me. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. At that point she texted me and accused me of trying to get "additional" money, and fired me as a client. I am left holding the bag on more than $1200 in damage (much more if I want the carpet in my adjacent room to match), plus the time and hassle of replacing carpet. Steer clear of this company!

Claudia told me she would only accept the cleaning fee ($160) in cash so I wrote a $30 check for the tips. I examined the cleaning and it looked nice when I gave it a once over. After they left I began examining the smaller things and this is where trouble began! The kitchen counter was not cleaned at all, nothing was moved and cleaned under, several items including door, window, and picture ledges were not dusted. My husband discovered my broken razor stuck behind some body wash bottles in the shower, where the girl hid it. The cartridge to it (because the handle was broken and it would not connect) was hidden behind some shampoo bottles in a different location. My bathroom soap dispenser from Van Muar was cleaned with an abrasive scratch pad and the paint was scratched off of it. I sent photographs of all of this to Claudia! She denied even seeing the scratches on the top of the soap dispenser and said (in a written message) she "would send me a razor" and "I don't want to hear anymore about this". She also said she "would never clean for me again"! BEWARE, DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH, THEY WILL BREAK THINGS AND NOT PAY FOR THEM! YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR! BELOW IS A COPY OF HER MESSAGE TO ME FROM TODAY.. "I see no scratches on soap dispenser and I can mail you a razor. Know this is the last time I want to hear about it. I will not reimburse you for anything else and I will not be able to clean for you again. I have received so many text from you and on one of them you said you checked their work and everything was fine. You tip them and told me everything looked great and they had done a great job" I politely asked Claudia to come to my home beforehand, to give me an in home estimate and she refused. I made sure that she understood that I wanted my home deep cleaned and cost was not an issue. She is very unprofessional.

No one called. We called again on Thursday and were told someone would call soon. Meanwhile, we are still dealing with soot. On Friday we called again and were told that someone would call back. We got no call back. We called again and the employee was very argumentative with me, saying someone tried to call but the phone just went to voice-mail. We had no voice-mail. I was very upset at this point but she did not show any compassion or recognition that this was an unacceptable situation. I understand it was not personally her fault and didn't blame her, but the basic lack of empathy for another human being was mind boggling. She said someone would call back soon. At that point we contacted another company who scheduled with us immediately. Finally, the employee for Servpro called back at the very end of the day on Friday. So from Wednesday we got the run around until Friday (while in a house full of soot) and it will be Monday before a different company can get into help us. If you're thinking about a company to help after a fire, run far from this place because they take forever and can't take responsibility for their actions.
