They came to empty our dumpster. Our driveway was plowed and we have plenty of maneuvering room in…read moreparking area. Driver decided to back down our long curvy driveway and got stuck in the ditch. Took them hours to get unstuck and caused damage to trees, driveway, and poles at end of driveway. I called the office and asked if they'd at least run a plow once through to clean driveway back up. Was told that the owner said no they wouldn't have time. I looked down driveway and the truck pulling their dumpster truck had a huge plow on it. They were right there w a truck with a plow. Would have taken maybe 10 minutes. Waited until they were all done to see if the owner would change his mind. They ended up having to run the plow once through to get their truck out but that was it. Left ragged ditches and huge burm at the end of driveway. Husband called the office to ask one more time and they must have unmuted him before they meant to because he heard the owner say to "tell them to shove it up their a**". This place has gone really downhill. I don't understand how people think they can get away with running a business like that anymore when it's so easy for customers to post reviews everywhere!
