Nutella iced latte- yessir! It was so good. My son got the snickerdoodle iced coffee and said it was okay. He prefers brew grinds in N. Providence. We both devoured our apple fritters in seconds. Did I need it- absolutely not but it was worth alllll the calories. Parking is a little tight. Small place so feels crowded but service is friendly and fast. read more

The service is great, coffee is great but the crew in the morning is constantly short handed. The crazy thing is they seem to have a smaller crew on days which are generally busier for any establishment (Thursday/Friday/Weekends). You would think they'd have a third opener. I just feel bad for the crew and those of us who have to wait for 30 minutes to get a house coffee. Again, the crew is great but they deserve better from ownership. read more

Boy this place has really gone downhill since the new ownership took over. They're busier than ever, but it's just not the same as it was before. The baked goods aren't as good, are less in variety. And they only serve scones on the weekend. And if you want a scone you'd better order ahead! This begs the question, why not just make more? You have to wait a long time for your food to come out and they're so disorganized. They have no system for getting the orders out from the kitchen. I waited 10 minutes for a simple egg and cheese sandwich. Only to find out that the cook never made it! They also screwed up two other people's orders while I was there. Five young women were working in this tiny establishment. And nobody seemed to know what's going on with the kitchen orders! Kinda blew my mind. They're all just standing around looking confused. When I FINALLY got my sandwich I started eating it and discovered that there were EGGSHELLS in it. So I brought it back in and asked for refund. To their credit they DID refund both the sandwich and my coffee. (The coffee was perfectly fine but they threw me a bone and gave the money back to me for that anyway) They asked me if my wanted a replacement egg sandwich. Noooo, thank you! I'll hope the owner sees this and takes the time to better his employees. read more

Great coffee and tea options here. Anywhere from basic to crazier options. Definitely better than any chain can provide but the price reflects that. Their bakery treats are always delicious. Again, way better than any chain. They can get pretty busy so be sure to give yourself plenty of extra time if you plan on stopping in before work on a weekday. read more

This place is soooo good, tops any coffee joint I've ever been to. It's actually quite popular for a small place, lots of people came in while we ordered. Although, I can't say anything about the food because I didn't eat any... I can say the coffee is absolutely delicious. Especially their iced lattes. The inside and outside is very adorable and comfy! Staff is very nice, good selection of coffee flavors! Highly recommend their iced Milky Way and junior mint lattes :) But their snickerdoodle iced coffee doesn't really taste like snickerdoodle just a small hint, wouldn't get that again. BTW they have selections of different milk options, so for you lactose people!!! This place deserves more clout, btw there's more photos of this place on google vs Yelp. read more

Cute little coffee place in the middle of no where. They're up against their competition coffee connection but find I like coffee cubby's iced coffee flavors and fluffy fresh donuts much more. The staff are much more personable. Their breakfast biscuit sandwich is very yummy but on the small side so that's my only complaint. I love their seasonal flavors too! read more

Went there with my 22-year-old daughter who loves iced coffee but was looking for a "mom & pop" coffee shop with a cute aesthetic. Not only was the coffee a hit, but the corn muffin, chocolate chip cookie, and regular hot coffee were good too. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Only 2 miles from our house. My friends and I were looking for a new yummy coffee spot while in the area and we found this cute shop. The offer a variety of iced coffee flavors that are unsweetened because they're brewed with the flavor, they offer a handful of hot coffee varieties and they have specialty latte flavors. I ordered a chocolate strawberry iced coffee which was so delicious!! I also ordered an onion bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. The cream cheese definitely seemed homemade or at least locally made. Amazing! Maybe not so amazing for those that have to be around you after but very delicious! My friends ordered a Reese's latte which was chocolate syrup and real peanut butter. They said it was delicious! All in all very cute shop that has quality products. Poor service for new customers. Was so excited to try this place since I just moved up the road. Such a cute design and so close. Was placing an order with my husband and I was skipped for a regular that walked in behind us. I had a whole conversation with the girl that took my order about egg white and then was given regular egg. Not an issue at all but was given no apology and the employees just had a poor attitude throughout the entire experience. Will not be back. read more

My husband and I came in today 2/21/23, to order food to go. The front counter woman had the worst attitude ever. Asked for a drink that is currently on their menu no where does it say it's a summer drink only and received attitude. Went to order my breakfast and was met with an attitude again and being snapped at that they don't have bacon. When I called no more then 5 minutes later, and asked for a Manger I was met with no ones in right now can I take a message when is a Manger in idk can I take a message. All said with attitude. If you don't want to work in customer service or in the food industry quit. We are brand new to the area and I'm a small business that was looking to support another. I won't be back and I'll be sure to let my friends and family in the area not to come here either. Really disappointing that your employees are treating customers like they are a burden for wanting to spend money. read more

First time coming to this quaint coffee shop. My husband and I both got breakfast sandwiches and iced coffees! Holy cow do they have lots of iced coffee flavors. From the traditionals to candy bar inspired ones! I think that's where this place shines. As far as food, we just weren't impressed with the quality of egg sandwiches and wraps. The Coffee Cubby is right in my neighborhood and I'm wicked excited about it! In fact, I've been there a few times each week since it opened. The Cubby has awesome owners, John and Jill, who know how to make a fabulous cup of coffee - iced, hot and fancy. Add to that, fresh baked treats and you have a winner. The corner shop has been cleaned up and redecorated with a beautiful wood motif. Its bright, its cheery and there is even a spot to sit outside. Even better, grab your cup of Joe and talk a walk to Manville Park, right on the other side of the parking lot! Passing by the area needed coffee and of course used Yelp for a selection. Nothing fancy to walk into but your eyes immediately go toward their chalkboards of options, hot lattes and teas. The woman behind the counter must have read the 'newbie' all over our faces bc she said 'first time here?' She was really friendly and asked what we were looking for, I wanted an iced coffee, she then shows me this amazing list of BREWED flavored coffee! None of this flavor shot stuff! We got maple donut and Reese's peanut butter....unbelievably good! Their cookies were huge and looked amazing, might be back to try one. There are some outdoor seats and a decent sized parking lot. You could add a third C to the alliteration, because this this place is cozy! The coffee seems to be mill's which is a good start (we came in to check this place out for the RI Iced Coffee food fights) and the crew working the counter did a good job mixing the coffee. (I do indeed enjoy my coffee shaken, not stirred). Though we came for the coffee I was impressed and stayed for the breakfast BLT which came out steaming hot, wrapped in foil to keep it warm and absolutely delicious. The bagel was my favorite part, though it wasn't crunchy which could turn some non believers away. Overall this is one of those great hidden gem finds and is well worth a stop, but do be careful turning out! The left side is a bit of a blind corner and it's a little dangerous. read more

I always pass this place on my way to work so I thought I'd try it out on a day off first. It's a cute little cozy place with nice decorations and super clean. The employees were very nice and helpful since I was a first comer. Their coffee is fantastic and they have soy milk!! Total win as I'm lactose intolerant and it's not over priced like starbucks so I can come here from now on! The breakfast sandwich was delicious and filling, and the cinnamon rolls were amazing and fresh. I also noticed they have a great selection of teas, which I'm super excited about because I love tea. They even have yerba matte, another win!!! I will be coming here from now on. I started coming here a year ago because of the RI Food Fights Iced Coffee challenge. I've been a few times, and they are not consistent with the quality of their iced coffee. The iced coffee was very good maybe twice out of the multiple times I've gone. Frequently the iced coffee they serve is so watered down it tastes like dirty water with a hint of coffee. Their baked goods are just so so. So if they can deliver good quality coffee there's really no reason to go back-especially with all the other awesome coffee shops in RI. We were recently on a trek through the east coast and happened across this quaint little spot. What a gem! Coffee made to order was awesome and we each added little personal touches to create the perfect drink. I can't speak highly enough of the tasty baked goods. We learned that all are baked on site each morning and were so delicious! My favorite were the mixed berry. My niece loved the seasonal pumpkin chocolate chip.
