The staff is incompetent, as well as the branch manager. When my card for hacked, with charges coming from Georgia and California in the SAME 24 hours they didn't think that it raised any red flags. I had over $100 taken from my account. Then the branch manager gave me a list of the companies that my money had gone to complete with phone numbers and told me to call them myself to dispute them before the bank had to rather than him calling himself since HIS employees let my assets get stolen. Shittiest most incompetent bank I've ever experienced. Even huge corporate banks would've caught those red flags. Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere but here.
