I had a stopover in Frankfurt, and I had enough time between my flights. So I decided to take an adventure to go from my gates (A) to B just so that I can visit Hermes LOL The store was empty when I stopped by, they have some bags on display but they all say " for display only". I really wanted to get my mom a gift, so I asked nicely if they had anything. Olga was so patient, not pushy at all. She showed me what they had at the time, and unfortunately nothing really screams my mom's style. I spent some time in the store, and talking with Olga. Even though I walked out the store not buying anything, Olga was very warm and welcoming the entire time. I wish all Hermes SA are like her! Maybe I'll run into her again and eventually buy something from her in my future trips.

Service is over the top at this location!…read more I'd been seeking the Lady Dior Animals bag in the lion and monkey styles....but as usual, they were practically sold out by the time I could get over to Europe Calls to Dior customer service advised they would not ship to individual shops and they would only place item holds for 48 hrs & that would not work for my schedule since I knew stock was low and I wanted a guarantee the items would be at the location I would visit So the Mr called the Frankfurt shop directly & the Manager agreed to make an exception to hold the lion bag for a week so I could actually get there and this gentleman even convinced their shop in Paris to send him the monkey bag since only Paris & London had a monkey left in all of Europe. I was really holding my breath about the monkey style after being advised that Paris usually would not send items to other shops but I'm so very happy the Manager was able to make the agreement because I loved both bags and maybe I even loved them a bit more knowing how special it was to arrange them to be there waiting for me to bring them home Tax free forms all good to go and we walked out of there extremely happy and looking very forward to coming back for this over the top service. And have to say, after being so ill-treated at the Cartier right next door, this was a total breath of fresh air to have such a pleasant experience

There were no huge crowds of shoppers such as to be found in Munich and the owner was very good at customer service.
