Mario's Collision was recommended to me by the insurance co. of the guy who damaged our truck. They did a great job so obviously when my wife's car got a major scratch in the door due to negligence by another mechanics shop, I took it back to Mario's. In on a Monday and out on Wednesday just before closing. And an AMAZING job. My wife is so happy with the work done and Shelly and Luigi are fantastic people. Very professional and Luigi is so knowledgeable. There shop feels so comfortable and clean and warm and inviting. They also have a great group of collision experts working behind the scene. That's called being responsible. Not misleading. Drop-off timing: You told me it was okay to drop off the car and that I could pick it up the following Friday. You later called to extend the timeline twice, asking for additional weeks.
