Despite my "tops" anti viral software, a virus attack had replicated my photos to 500+Gb size. At the same time, there was a hidden overload of old years' backups. Putting my non-tech language aside. The service I received was perfect*****. In addition, in the process, we managed to fix a small hardware disconnect that existed from a prior service elsewhere. This is my second time using Justin's remote repair services and it was quick, easy and convenient. Computer repairs are like auto repairs, there is no convenient time for either. As a freelance writer with looming deadlines--I need my computer! I set up an appointment through the website in the morning for that same afternoon. Then, I was sent an email with instructions to allow access to remotely repair my computer. Justin called me before and after my session to explain everything. It was nice not having to pack up my laptop and have it sit in a shop for several days.
