These guys are amazing! I took my Gateway there to have it fixed because it was no longer turning on. I loved that computer! It was top of the line when I bought it many years ago. It lasted me all throughout college and everything! Suddenly, it just froze up and would no longer turn on. I took it up there and a guy named Tim took and fixed it within a day! This company acts with integrity and goes above and beyond to do the right thing for their customers. I bought a 2012 Mac Mini from The Computer Guys a few years ago. They transferred all files and made sure everything was set up. When the original hard drive started to fail within the warranty period, they picked up the Mac Mini, replaced the drive, transferred data and brought it back to me. The Computer Guys are very knowledgeable people. They fix a lot of computer issues for cheap. The owner is very friendly and probably should charge more than what he does!
