Very clean and organized store- bonus star for having teacher discounts for items used in organizing classrooms! Not sure if this is a special sale due to Teacher Appreciation Week or a discount that can be used throughout the year with proper ID. Store itself is, predictably, organized to the max. Fell in love with a pull-out desk, and I don't even NEED a desk! Love the little décor touches sprinkled throughout the store, making the furniture and displays look much more realistic than the pictures in the catalogs. Service seems like it could be stellar- the ELFA section in particular even has light up buzzers like what you get when waiting for your table at a restaurant, which I assume come into play when you're waiting to work with a specialist one on one. However, despite wandering the store for nearly half an hour collecting a basket of items to organize my bathroom, I was only ever spoken to by the guy who checked me out as I left. read more

I consider myself pretty OCD and anyone who has opened my fridge, pantry or closet would agree. My Mom on the other hand, not so much. One of my gifts to her for Christmas was to organize her kitchen pantry. She has a habit of not shopping with a list and therefore winds up with multiple items of the same thing, so I wanted to organize her pantry so items were more visible. I had used the container store previous to purchase lazy Susan's, spice bottle organizer, tiered shelving and can organizers for myself so I went in knowing what I was looking for. I do think some of their pricing is a little high on some items but can't beat the convenience of finding everything you're looking for in one spot and my only other option would probably have been online or hitting multiple stores. They have an option for organizing any room in your house. Being that it was Christmastime I was also surprised to see the amount of items offered from the obvious - - wrapping supplies, cards, decorative gift boxes, etc., but they also had stocking stuffers great for kids, coworkers, etc. I signed up for the POP Reward program and have already received useful coupons. read more

A great addition to Town Square. If you are looking to organize anything at all, this is the place! A kitchen or closet, or separating all of your EDC beads, they have a selection. Plenty of staff on hand to help, but I personally like wandering the halls looking at all the fun stuff. My most recent trip was looking for sample containers for my essential oils, as well as a big container to store them all in. I found a big one but was not so successful in small dark glass drams as I was hoping for. In the past I have gotten school supplies, shoe storage, photo boxes, make up containers, and multiple styles of pill bottles. The prices could be better, because the majority of the stuff is made in China, and just average quality. Sometimes avoiding a trip to Wal-Mart is worth a few extra $$'s in my opinion! The Container Store is a very cool place to get organized, find useful storage, and create nice gift bags. I got my carry-on suitcase here when the store first opened in town - my dad is a big fan of the Eagle Creek luggage line which has a lifetime warranty. I bought a royal blue suitcase. I only have the suitcase but the Container Store has a complete system of foling mechanisms and cosmetic cases to match the suitcases. Now to reveal my secret (which may not surprise anyone), I have an enormous collection of miniature Japanese food that is always growing. Until I have a dream house with a fake sushi bar display case of some sort, I store my miniature sushi and Japanese meals in acrylic display boxes and cylindrical displays with multiple "shelves" that swivel. Those are very cool (I have 3 and 4 swivel layer sizes) and could be used for desk supplies or spices even. Every time I have gone in here I find exactly what I need. Some times related items are not near each other (I found 4-divider acrylic boxes on the south side of the store, but most of the other acrylic boxes and cases are on the north side). A little hunting is fun too anyway! read more

For the 'Monica Gellar' in all of us, this place has the storage and organizational tools for every part of your home! Located in Town Square, you can easily see the front from Las Vegas Blvd. Parking is plentiful here and I would doubt you'd have any issues finding a spot. You walk into a bright and airy store that is so organized that I felt my house was messy. Any size container, any drawer organizer or closet organizational system can be found here. They have some really great kitchen ideas that I didn't realize I needed until that moment I saw it. Damn them for making me spend more money! LOL The customer service here was good! The cashiers were friendly and quick. They had someone help bag the items so it helped moved any lines along fast. Now that I've experienced this store once, I know I'll be back. read more

There are two things I could not live comfortably without, one being a label maker, and two being plastic containers. I probably own more than 50 plastic bins of assorted sizes. Unfortunately, the ones I've purchased from TCS are usually twice the price of Sterelite, and 1/2 the quality. TCS containers are strange in that they're narrow and long, rather than a rectangle with a 3:4 ratio, which makes packing them more difficult (unless everything you pack is narrow). Because they're so long, they didn't fit on my patio storage closet, so I gave them to my parents. TCS containers yellow and become brittle over time. LIke many of their products, they're very expensive and of poor construction. Frankly, the quality is so poor, I wonder how this place stays in business. Their laundry hampers are so lightweight as to render them useless. Their kitchen carts are astronomically priced (but at least you can fold them when you're done with them.) In general, if you're serious about organizing, as I am, you can have a quality, useable, matching, organized house for a fraction of what you'd pay if you purchased everything at TCS. read more

1 Star for the customer service at this location. 3 stars for quality of selection/in stock items. The manager at this location is a very rude lady. Came here on 9/24 at 4:30pm and the manager would not honor my new customer discount (15%). I had about $100 worth of items already in the bag at the register and she refused to honor it. The whole point of offering a coupon for new clients is to introduce them to your business. But if this is the introduction I get, I'm not going to come back. She was really rude and condescending. But the girl who was ringing up my items originally at the register was so sweet. I wish I got her name. She could really give the manager some pointers. read more

Their closet ideas are really good, if you want to arrange things, hang things, or just box them, they have everything you need to do it. They have small gadgets for just about everything, magnets and even wrapping stuff. Boxes of all sizes and shapes, decorative tissue papers and bows and even small to large gift bags. I absolutely love the container store but I will never shop here again. I was unfairly discriminated against by PAM. I called to get the managers name and Pam answered and immediately hung up on me. I was constantly followed by Pam and she eventually called security to have them follow me. Pam was so incredibly rude. I heard her actually swear at me while talking to the other employees. She said very very rude things and pretty much asked me to leave. I was going Christmas shopping for my entire family and intended on buying quite a few items. I cannot stress enough how rude PAM was. Never again "the container store." The day Pam is fired from the store is the day I will shop there again. read more

As soon as quarantine hit, I knew I wanted to tackle some organization in my house. Sure, I could order some of the stuff on Amazon, but they were so swamped, orders took forever to arrive and I wanted to get my stuff done asap. Luckily, The Container Store stayed open for curbside pick up. I ordered stuff as I worked through my house. My biggest accomplishment was my pantry. But I have done a lot of other small areas and things. I organized my board games, my shoe closet, pantry, spice cabinet, gift bags/wrap, and now moving on to garage. It has been worth every penny, every trip. Especially when interacting with Chris. He knows me by name now which is nice. Lol There's a few other girls I have had fewer interactions with and overall everyone has been pleasant. My husband went to this thinking he could go inside. WRONG. You have to make an appointment which doesn't say this on their site.

This rating and review is for online sale of an in store designed closet. They don't offer delivery unless you also purchase installation services. This was a small closet, not worth paying the $600+ fee for installation. It has taken over a month to get all parts delivered, the last 2 packages scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. The order was placed February 4. It was shipped a box or 2 at a time over the last 4 weeks. The standards, needed as the second most critical piece will be here tomorrow. In short DO NOT ORDER ONLINE for a closet design. They are NOT customer friendly It has been a nightmare and hopefully tom will see the last parts delivered so we can FINALLY complete out closet. read more

Located right at Town Square, The Container Store has a very large selection of basically anything used for storage such as bins, trash cans, hangers, and TONS more! The best of all however is that if you're into collecting sneakers and watch sneaker videos and wonder where that person got those shoe containers, the answer is The Container Store. The shoe containers sell out real fast and is about fifty dollars for a set of 6 or nine dollars individually. The staff here is very friendly and the customer service is excellent. Awhile back when I purchased a 2 sets of these, one of the workers came up to me with a cart and put the boxes in the cart and pushed it to my car for me. Only reason for the 4 star is that the store can be messy at times and isn't the most clean every time. I've seen trash inside hampers, bins, and much more. Overall, this is my go to place when I need something for storage as 99.9% chance they'll have it but I would call ahead just to make sure. read more

Really helpful staff found everything we adjective about in a hot minute. Got some really reasonably priced accessories for jewelry drawer, closets, and shelving. This company has a great success story based on commitment, and capitalism, and ever have their own book on the counter! The store is very well organized and they have everything you could possibly imagine for closets, garages, work places, etc. even saw some stuff I'd never heard about of thought of, for organizing everything. I got two felt tie racks for five bucks! Great deal on everything we got there. It's easy to find near the North Parking garage, where we parked and a short walk. I've been here more than a few times now and I can officially say that I am a fan. I'm very into organization and this store really is a wonderland for that kind of thing. A few products that I've really enjoyed and recommend: GearTie Twist Ties, Folding Trunk Organizer, and Clear Weathertight Totes. I really like the totes/storage containers because they're well-made, strudy, and the covers are re-enforced to support weight from stacking and have six latches for an airtight and weathertight seal. They are absolutely worth the price. They have a free rewards/loyalty program called POP! that offers discounts and POP! Perks that work like reward dollars toward purchases. I signed up last month and was given 15% off as a welcome promotion, which was a nice way to stock up on storage solutions we needed for our new home. Another feature that solidified my fandom for TCS is their GoShop! Click & Pick-up feature. Many businesses offer this convenient shopping option where you can shop on their website and pick up your order (mostly pre-paid). TCS has taken it a step further with parking spaces dedicated to Click & Pick-up and if you call ahead, an associate will bring the items to your vehicle! The first time I used Click & Pick-up, we had a large order of several large storage containers, so it was fantastic to have these items brought via cart directly to our car. The second time, it was just a set of items, so I gave my name to the cashier and another associate brought it out. I am not an organization freak-a-zoid. In fact, I usually think organization is busy work for people with too much time on their hands. However, our garage (actually our entire house) was being consumed by out of control promotional items that were in desperate need of containing, so I went to The Container Store. As you may have guessed, they have lots of containers, but also pretty much anything that you could need for any organization project ranging from getting your jewelry in line to overhauling your closet to wrangling boxes filled with shot glasses and buttons. I really appreciate the variety of sizes, shapes and lids of containers available because it gives you options. The pricing is a bit expensive, but at the very front of the store, they do have a basic line of containers that is more affordable, and when they are having a sale, the prices are reasonable. What earns the fourth star, however, is customer service. The entire staff is unexpectedly passionate about containers. I could see the joy on a staff member's face as he described the added handle on a recently redesigned tub. These people love working here, and it shows in their eagerness to help and passion for their products. They actually care and have advice about the process of organizing, which I think is worth paying a bit more. After a trip, I am happy to report we now have room for an additional car in our garage (for now). Success! read more

It's an organization freak's paradise! There's an organizing solution for every area of your home to be found here. The customer service is fantastic, but it's no surprise because I think The Container Store is always ranked in Fortune's Top 100 companies to work for... happy employees = happy customers. The prices seem a little high on certain things and I never find coupons anywhere. Sometimes I browse here for ideas and then buy elsewhere. But they do have some sort of loyalty shopper program now, although I have no clue how the rewards work. Sometimes I have random ones waiting for me and I'm not sure how I even earned them. Parking can be kind of crazy in this part of Town Square. I always get tricked by those loading spaces at the front of the lot. Now if only I could actually have them come in and organize my home FOR me... these containers only work as well as the people filling them. LOL. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Container Store! Everything to organize everything. Designer to slum, it's in there. Glass carafes, metal shelving, wood organizers, shelves, and lockers. I've made my Mom, and my GF go back with my daughter and I, because it's like walking onto their home planet. Some of it's expensive, some is cheap, all of it is idea fodder. We got a Bobo Tea fro Lollipop, and made a family outing of it. I think we were there three hours! Once again the store was open, well lit, and airy. It has a feel of a large expensive house on the TV shows I watch. They make it easy to envision all the items in a house. They even have mock closets, and they will install them for you, for a fee. They have shelves that are magnetic, and then you can arrange the components where you like, I don't like the idea of plants in them, as there are no holes, but it looks cute so they did it. :( I do like the outside the box thinking which gives them the 5 Stars! read more

The containers! Oh the containers! Dear sweet lord, the containers! Just being in this place feels like a joke. The concept of the store seems absurd. But once you get beyond the weirdness and embrace the idea, this place is pretty amazing. It's like a Target store just filled with containers. Big ones, small ones, even little bitty ones. It will pretty much have what you need to keep your stuff organized. The Container Store also does a good job with ideas of how to organize your space. They have lots of displays, showcasing ways that you might organize your garage or office or kitchen. It's not as chock-full of ideas as an Ikea showroom, but they can get you inspired (to buy their stuff and organize your house with it). read more

I'm a little mixed on this place. This was a staple outlet when I needed some things for previous homes in Texas and California. Even when I went back to college back in... a while ago, it was useful and accommodated a lot of needs. So I was pretty happy to find out that Vegas was getting its own Container Store this last Spring. It's been a hectic Summer, but I finally found time to make my way over there. I don't know who's changed, honestly. Them or me. It looks like your average Container Store, and not much has really changed. Service wasn't an issue, so that wasn't the thing that bothered me. What bothered me was the prices. I can't be that out of the loop on this place to suddenly go from ramen chomping college kid okay with the prices to thinking "Holy crap, this place is expensive" as an adult. Even simple, basic stuff just seems overpriced for what it is. I do like their Elfa shelving, and maybe down the line I'll invest in some for my home office, but I just don't remember the place ever being this expensive. It's a chain store, not a high-priced boutique. I left the store feeling more confused than satisfied. It's unfortunate that the prices turned me off so, but hopefully they'll get themselves sorted out, or have one heck of a sale in the future. I'll give them another chance in the future. In my latest venture to this store in town square I left with amazzzzing gift wrap and bows as well as a million different types of page flags for studying. This place is every neat freak's paradise. (I am sure you've heard that already) If I had a house large enough (and a bank account to match) I'd buy this place out. I absolutely love the selection of storage units and miscellaneous, odd shaped boxes, baskets and food containers. It reminded me of IKEA for a moment. They even have nice imports from Japan that are hard to find around Vegas. The prices range from decent, to a little high, but there is a small section in the back with discounted items (because of small cracks, open packages, etc) which is a good place to keep an eye on. Never know what could show up there. When I went they had a special event for Travel Accessories (which is perfect for any flight attendant or frequent flyer) and the staff is helpful and friendly. read more

I wouldn't consider myself OCD, but the ability to stack and file things away like a good game of Tetris just floats my boat. This store presents the opportunity to find a ton of things that you didn't even know you needed. That's both good and bad - it's great to be able to organize drawers and cabinets but bad when it comes to your bank account balance. This place is a bit overpriced, which is to be expected given the location. But being able to go to a brick and mortar store to try out the organization solutions prior to purchasing is much better than buying something online sight unseen. Town Square is a bit hectic to navigate but the Container Store is always worth a peak, even if it ends up costing you more than you planned on spending because you easily find useful stuff. read more
