Peppermint mocha brownie cookie Red velvet molten lava cookie
    Asma A.

Cookie Connect really shines where it comes to their specials, the weekly and monthly cookies. Every cookie I've gotten off the specials has been an absolute hit. Some of their regular menu items are not as great (the m&m chocolate chip cookie is not as gooey as you'd expect)...but this season's Peppermint mocha brownie cookie and Red velvet molten lava cookie were divine. The red velvet cookie especially should make the permanent menu. My husband took one bite and said "this is my favorite cookie." Ever. The people at this location are always really nice and make killer shakes. In general, I prefer this location to the Ridgewood one. It's cleaner and the people here seem more on top of things.

I was lucky enough to win a Yelpie in 2023, which included a Yelpie trophy and a gift card to the Cookie Connect. So I stopped by on a Saturday evening to pick up my award and some cookies. This location doesn't look as open and welcoming as other locations (from photos I've seen). Instead, this location is a hole in the wall and doesn't even look like it's open because it's so dark inside. It seems most people order ahead, which we weren't aware of. When we arrived, the woman working asked if we were waiting for a pick up and we told her we hadn't ordered yet. I also told her I was there to pick up the award and use the gift card, and she seemed really annoyed at that, and told us to just order from the kiosk and quickly disappeared to the back. We ordered a variety of cookies. I can't even remember all of them but they were all really sweet. I wish there was an option (or if there was, I didn't know about it) to not have the icing drizzled on top. The best cookie we had was probably the red velvet, which was the only one without icing. I'm glad to have gotten the opportunity to try it out, but I don't think these cookies are for me.

Perfect spot for munchies and late night sugar craving. This spot is too small and the staff work really hard and do a great job through the busier times. The cookies are baked fresh and the milkshakes and sundaes are amazing because you can blend a cookie into the ice cream to create endless flavors. And I LOVE cereal toppings! And there is white chocolate sauce and raspberry sauce. Imagine if you could add in a little bit of milk or fresh fruit though

Great spots with a great selection of cookies. My go to buy for party treats and birthday events. The 8 pack is a great deal! Birthday cookie and NY cheesecake are my top favorites.

After keeping my eyes on this spot for a few years, finally got to try the cookie connect while in the area! We went on a Saturday around 9pm, ordered at the store and only waited a few minutes. You can order ahead, which I didn't know - next time! The store was very busy with takeout orders. The store is small but the girls working in the back were getting the cookies out fast. All 4 cookies we got were delicious!! We had the birthday cake, chocolate chip, cinnamon roll, and rainbow m&m. I usually don't like white chocolate and some cookies we got had them mixed in, but I really liked how they complimented the flavor profile of the cookies.

Have a late night hankering for cookies, or even better, cookies mixed in w/ ice cream and cereal? This is the spot for you! I've been a fan of cookie connect since the beginning and they've only gotten better with more choices to pick from. Personal favorite is the raspberry cheesecake, especially when they are fresh and still warm.

Ehhhh - The cookies weren't great but they weren't terrible either. I ordered the Salted Caramel Pretzel, Apple Pie, Cinnamon Roll and New York City Cheesecake andAll the bases were the same, it's just the toppings that changed but they were warm, crispy and chewy. The ice cream in the Cookie Cup was the consistency of a milkshake, so it was a melted mess. I don't care to give this place another chance.

Someone ordered 2 boxes of cookies online that were sent to my address by mistake. None of the neighbors i talk to know who the order is for either. On the boxes is written illegibly Maria M, i think. No address. There is no way apparently to reach out to Cookie Connect to notify them about this as their phone line is just an automated message. Based on the size of the boxes, someone lost at-least $50 worth of cookies. I have tried calling them all day to notify them, but there is no one picking up the phone. They also do not respond by text even though the voicemail on their phone number says they do. DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place is absolutely amazing some of the best cookies I ever had, and that blueberry muffin top cookie is something special. The shake was delicious. Any time I'm in the area, I will def stop in.

Who knew cookies can be such a much needed evening snack? (Should be all of us really) The Cookie Connect is one of the very few who offers this saving grace. They serve freshly made, warm and delicious cookies! That sweetness is just perfect especially after a savory dinner. Our favorites are the Captain Berry'd Treasure and Smores but it goes without saying that the rest of the cookies are just a treat to eat! A box of goodness! I love that the cookies are moist but have some crispiness on the edges. The ones topped with cereal have an added texture just works great with these cookies! I cancelled one star for this review only because I got a classic cookie when I ordered smores. And i realllly wanted a smores one that day i ordered. :( I'll still be returning tho and next time I'm checking my box before I leave! Ha!

A coworker of mine recommended me this place since I had been craving gourmet cookies for a long time, I went in here and the smell was absolutely divine. Staff was ready to help me and was very friendly. This location is small, but very cute when I tasted the cookies it was absolutely delicious and it made me want to try even more of the variety that they offer, unique place to anyone!

I have always seen this place in passing on mobile delivery apps and just thought it would be worth discovering the drive. My friend ordered the Salted Caramel Pretzel Cookie and the Cinnamon Roll Cookie while I made a milkshake combination of a Cookies N Crème cookie and lucky charms featuring caramel drizzle. The service was quick and attentive while me and my friend waited. There's no seating area so expect to order and go. Otherwise, the service was really great and electronic so it was very self explanatory. It's connected to another restaurant so the space itself is small but it does the job! Super elated with our orders.

The cookies are pretty good but the service is kind of slow and the restaurant is decorated nicely for a cookie shop.

Plus, my husband is a fan of their dairy-free chocolate chip cookies, so the Montclair location is a late-night haunt. My dude sticks to his usual order, but I like to try out the limited recipes when they drop. My favorite so far has been Strawberry Shortcake Chip Crookie. Chip City is a franchise that specializes in baking cookies with a soft, gooey center. The Montclair location is on a busy main street. Street parking is difficult to find during peak hours. It's conveniently open until 1AM on weeknights and 3AM on weekends! When I walked in, I couldn't get over how cute and bright the store was. It's small with very limited seating. To whoever is in charge of the marketing, design, and logos... kudos to you! A very sweet and friendly employee answered all of my questions and helped me out. Since I came much later in the evening, I was worried there wouldn't be that many cookies available, but I was wrong. There were plenty AND they were still fresh too! They offer classic flavors as well as seasonal and specialty ones. Flavors are rotated weekly and you can check the website for the line-up. Dairy free options are available. There's a ton of creative flavors, so don't miss out! In addition to regular cookies, they also sell crookies (croissant/cookie hybrid), cretzels (croissant/pretzel/cookie hybrid), ice cream, and merchandise! Each cookie is around $5+, but trust me... they are dense, large, and can be shared with other people. Did I want to buy 4? Yes... but I have self control (sometimes) LOL, so I stuck with buying a classic Cookies N' Cream. It has a buttery sugar cookie base loaded with crushed chocolate cookie sandwiches and creamy white chocolate - basically tastes like an Oreo milkshake! What I love about these cookies is that they don't just taste like a giant blob of sugar. You can actually appreciate and distinguish between the different flavors and ingredients. If you prefer crispy/crunchy cookies, you probably won't be a fan. If you enjoy cookies with a slightly crunchy exterior, but a soft, warm, ooey, gooey (almost raw-like) interior, Chip City is for you! Every bite is sweet & decadent, but not overwhelming. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to get discounts and freebies! GET GOOEY!!!

***3 1/2 stars***…read more Yesterday I decided on a total whim to just grab lunch here before seeing Disclosure Day across the street. I've walked by a gazillion times, usually in the mid-afternoon or evening when the place is really jumping (at least based on the outdoor seating situation). This time around, I came for an early lunch around 11:30am when there were only a few other people sitting down and I had my pick of indoor or outdoor seating. I didn't get much of a look at the interior during my brief trip inside, but it seemed pleasant enough. Morally I didn't have much of a choice though but to sit outside at their communal picnic tables, given that it was sunny and 72. You do the math. As most of my solo eating adventures go, the service was excellent. It definitely helped that it wasn't busy, but both waitresses on the premises were super attentive and I ordered my meal literally within 30 seconds of sitting down. I wasn't on a hardcore schedule (my movie wasn't for an hour and 15 minutes) but I was in and out in probably 20-25 minutes, which is just wild for a legit sit-down meal. Top marks all around. I liked that they kept a bottle of tap at my table too; just efficient there. As soon as I saw gnocchi on the menu, my decision was made. I went with the gnocchi al pomodoro off the lunch entree menu, which was honestly just okay. This is usually a dish I really enjoy, and while it was clearly fresh (the chunks of mozzy are a nice touch) it was pretty bland and tasteless. It's extremely rare for me to look around for seasoning, but I did here (and didn't see any within range, so let it go). Honestly very surprising. The gnocchi itself was fine, but the pieces were so small it was actually difficult to eat/get them onto the fork tines. I had to scoop most of them up, and it was a slow process. Not the biggest deal in the world (the gnocchi was tasty in and of itself) but just a slight annoyance. The price point was fine; with tip, I paid a little over $20, which is on par for Montclair. Maybe it was just an off day/lunch, but I think the play is to come back for dinner with a bottle of wine and get a different dish. This place is very popular (during my brief meal, several people walked by openly declaring they were going to stop by later to eat) so perhaps a few grains of salt here, which would have been nice to add to my dish.
