Key for tourists is that the Four Square always has a stock of the Gulf News, which is a really handy guide to what's on on Waiheke. Unless you're on an extreme budget (in which case you should make the trek to the Countdown), I'd recommend just getting the groceries from here, and skipping across to Waiheke Fruit and Vege for your produce.
