I asked about framing an embroidery piece I had finished and asked about having no glass in the frame. Then she said something like "well, it depends on if you want it to last or not." I said of course I wanted it to last and she said "you should get glass because yada yada yada." I should have left then. But against my better judgment and gut instinct, I asked for a quote and again she was pretty rude and answered "I'm happy to give you a quote but I am not doing any framing at this time." It was the tone of her responses that was just so rude. I guess the car accident she was in didn't just hurt her neck or whatever ability she had to frame items, but definitely injured any warmth, kindness, hospitality or helpfulness.
