Terrible experience. The system and structure of the art approval is a huge headache. I have been…read moretrying to get the correct dimensions on my shirt printed for the past nine days. 9 DAYS. you have to approve or reject the art but my shirt is 3 inches under the mock up I sent them. I keep rejecting and explaining what I need but they keep just sending back the same BS that I said was wrong. I have even split my png into 3 separate images so we can get the perfect ratio and it's still wrong. If I create a mock up with dimension you should be able to either print my shirt or tell me you're not capable

Told her that we won't be needing the t shirt anymore (since it's too late when we need it by tomorrow). That I'll just return to her some other time now that I know her location. She texts me back that she had bought the shirt and had put the design on the shirts (before I even said yes to the design) and don't bother coming back she learned her lesson with customer like me. With so much hate in the world I didn't want to add to it so I just texted back God Bless!

These new owners have won my business! I was in town for a conference for a couple of days and decided last minute printed t-shirts would be a good idea. I was lucky to find this business. It was open at 8am before the conference. Ebony was very helpful on the phone and offered to print my logo on my shirts in less than an hour. When she didn't get an immediate email from me she called to double check that I sent it to the right email address which I hadn't. This was proactive and saved me time. I requested standard white but she offered glittery silver which was way better. They didn't have neon green in stock which is my logo color but they offered to purchase some that day if I wanted more shirts, so I ordered more to be finished the next day. All items were done perfectly!

They have access to an expansive selection of promotional items that you can customize, as well as a lot of printing options types to suit your requirements. I ordered sublimated bandanas for pets. While other vendors only offer offer one or sometimes two size options, Printology has three options available which is great! Additionally there are three printing options too. Since my artwork has 7 colors, I went with sublimation. It's awesome to be able to have that option. It has been great working with Printology and I highly recommend them for your project!

I then drove to the business address listed on Yelp to show them a sample of the material and there was nothing there; no store front, no empty office... nothing. I called the phone number, thinking that I'd gotten the address wrong, and while it was still ringing, I got a text from that number saying "sorry we missed your call. Texting is a better way for us to communicate." Why would they not just answer the phone and speak to me? I texted back saying that I had the material sample to show them. They responded that their entire "team" was working remote. I again described my project and asked where I could bring the sample. They never responded. I waited until the next day and texted again but still got no response. It's now been a week and they have not responded to any attempts at communication. Received shirts in mail today and they still do not look like mock up, a couple have such bad quality control that they are falling apart already before wearing or washing. All in all this company is really shady, does not do what they say they will, and does terrible work. STAY AWAY!
