The quantity of the chips maybe I got around 10 fries and that was disappointing since they were so tasty. The fish itself was crunchy and satisfying to eat. Not a single complaint for this place! We came in after Tiesto AT&T discovery concert on st pattys day. It was late night so it was not as busy. Food was bomb AF, we loved everything we ordered. We sat at the bar -- the bartender acknowledged us right away but took a little while to take our order. I got the Irish American burger -- it was okay, the bun wasn't toasted and the meat could've used a bit more flavor or char. The pub fries were awesome though -- crispy and piping hot. This is a decent downtown dallas bar. It's a bit of a dive and doesn't have anything super special about it. They do have good beers on draft but their cocktail game is lacking. Not surprising, given their name but they could try a little harder. I don't find the wait staff super inviting and friendly and I've only been once so it could have been an off night. It was clean, friendly people, service was good just a bit slow but we went around 6pm on a Sunday during one of the NBA final games. They have a nice outside area if you are into people watching. The love music put a smile on my husband's face and after fighting Dallas traffic he needed that! The options for beer is wide, and he had 2!! The food is great and authentic! My daughter didn't care for the Shepard pie (said mine was better ) but I don't use lamb so... My monte Cristo was superb and huge! Had to take half of it to go. I can't tell you about the bangers and mash as my husband didn't even offer me any.
