They sell everything from watches, rings, necklaces to lighters and gift items. I've always found the quality to be reasonable and good value. when you're walking into the shop it feels like a tunnel effect as you're surrounded on both sides by the goods in the window! On the whole it is a bookshop but it also sells a range or Stationery, cd's/dvd's (not recent chart ones though) gifts, cards etc at very affordable prices. I've picked up loads bargains here in the past! Everything is discounted so is always cheaper than the usual RRP. I've always found the staff there to be very pleasant and helpful. I never go to the Royal Quays without going in this shop because the stock is updated rregularly so you never know what bargains you might find! Because it is situated in a retail outlet centre it is in amongst a range of shops and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There are hundreds of free parking spaces and it is quite easy to get to by bus or by metro (Royal Quays is about a 10min walk from Percy Main Metro Station).

They stock a great range of gift items i bought all my gifts for my bridesmaids and pageboys here for my wedding and they gift boxed them all for me in a fancy box and ribbions. This store in sunderland is so easy to get to in the bridges and every time i have been in the staff have been so helpful and ordered from other stores for me. There website also gives a good service with fast delivery and free gift tag service it is also worth signing up to there newsletter as they email you when they have sales and they also give vouchers away if you spend over a certain amount.
