I was visiting Bismarck from Las Vegas and stopped by after my flight--I'm so glad I did! From the moment I sat down, Ryan was friendly, attentive, and very sweet. He made sure everything was perfect, and his warm personality truly made the experience even better. My food came out quickly, everything was delicious, and he kept his section spotless. It's rare to find service this good, and he truly made my dining experience a great one. If you're stopping by this Red Lobster, I highly recommend asking for Ryan. Five-star service all the way!

It appears that the manager is a little too easy going and is more worried about being friends to those subordinate to her. Claiming she was short-staffed now why would anyone who's short-staffed allow so many people to take smoke breaks all at once ? 2 hours total still no food ! This visit was on Saturday May 9th 2026 around 6pm or so.Completely unacceptable. My daughter who lives in Bismarck and my granddaughter both advised me not to go to Red lobster but because the Red lobster we normally frequent Grand forks was closed a couple years back and I was in Bismarck I decided I would give me endless shrimp a go, Red lobster has much more to work on besides their past restructuring of the company And I don't care if I ever go back to Red lobster again ,one things for sure it won't be the one in Bismarck North Dakota ,I think not Cassie I don't have Facebook and besides I would never handle this that way I'm going to corporate I'm going to let them see your post to me as well you picked a very unprofessional way of handling this

I ordered the 6oz filet cooked medium rare with a loaded baked potato, side salad, and bread. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely amazing. I was offered walk-up seating at the bar, which worked out well. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Food came out quickly and exactly as ordered. Exactly what you want from a LongHorn Steakhouse. I would absolutely stop here again.

My steak was delivered cold and overcooked. Had Sophia checked on us, I might have sent the steak back, however I was tired from driving all day and just decided to eat it anyway. My drink was empty the entire meal. Such a disappointment for Longhorn, as we travel all over the country and Longhorn is usually a sure bet for a great meal. Not this one.

I ordered the rotisserie chicken and it had no flavor and honestly, if they had taken it out 2 minutes earlier, I probably would've been left with undercooked poultry. The salad was probably the only thing that tasted good, but that's not hard to do when you have good ranch as dressing. This is one of those places you can pass on but resort to if the others are closed. They got a decent bar with great bartenders. I would come back in hopes to try something better on the MENU.

I had a very upsetting experience at Broadway Grill that I feel others -- especially those with…read morefood allergies or celiac disease -- should be aware of. This happened a while back, but it bothered me so much I still think about it, so I decided to finally write a review. I ordered a gluten-free pasta dish and clearly informed the waitress that I am gluten intolerant (celiac). When the dish was brought out, I noticed a single regular noodle sitting right in the middle of the pasta. It was visibly different from the gluten-free noodles. Thankfully, I spotted it before taking a bite. Cross-contamination is a serious issue for people with celiac disease, and even one noodle can make us very sick. I asked for the dish to be taken back and explained that I was too nervous to reorder it because I didn't want to risk getting sick. Instead, I ordered a simple green side salad and specifically requested no croutons. A few bites into the salad, I found a crouton. At that point, I was extremely upset and honestly tearful. I informed the manager and explained how serious this is for me. I asked for the salad to be removed from my bill, given that it also contained gluten after I clearly requested it not to. They refused. For anyone with celiac disease or a serious gluten intolerance, this was not just an inconvenience -- it was a health risk. The repeated lack of attention to a clearly communicated medical dietary restriction, followed by the refusal to remove the contaminated item from the bill, was deeply disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes food allergies more seriously in the future and improves its kitchen practices and staff training so no one else has to go through this. Since this experience, I have never been back and would recommend others avoid going back to this restaurant.
