If I could leave an infinite galaxy of stars for this place I would. Beyond imagination of tranquility here. I have not have the pleasure to meet the founder of this store since she is retired but from reading her profile on here I know she is an amazing soul teacher and healer. However, I truly have the honor to have met Wendy the current có-owner of this crystals spiritual sanctuary. We happened to park right in front of the store and as we walked back to the car to leave town, I noticed the crystal store. So I told my husband to give me 2 minutes just to check it out. 30 minutes later ... I have been working with and collecting crystals this last year, I am also a buyer and retailing them, and this crystal store is unlike any others . Each stone were radiated it own energy and you can feel how much love and energy that the owners put in them. Needless to say I found mine, but the profound moment happened was when Wendy gave it so much love and blessings to send it home with me...speechless! I had told my girlfriend I want to have a store just like this or a house that I can have all of them In it .... this place not only is an inspiration for my soul journey but also taught me so much about open heart. If you are in search of crystals and other healing products while visiting Mt Shasta, search no more. I have wanted a healing bowl for some time now and wanted to play one in person before purchasing. I knew prior to visiting Mt Shasta I would come to this location as they carry the specific brand I want. Bev was the one that helped me. She did a great job explaining the differences in bowls, as I wasn't fully aware. More importantly, she gave me a very valuable life lesson in how to trust my inner wisdom when uncertain in decisions. To me, that is more powerful than any healing bowl. The woman was very warm and welcoming. Took us to a crystal chair to sit on. The beings are are so kind and loving. There are about 6 rooms to journey through. You can ask the woman to play the bowls which us very generous and trusting of them. Such a wonderful experience for all the starseeds, crystals, and indigos! If you go to Mount Shasta this is around the corner from Soul Connections. It's more of a spiritual experience. Soul Connections is so much fun but very busy. This place is set up with separate rooms so people can connect with the energies of the crystals. They encourage u to play the huge bowels and mediated with their huge crystals. They also have crystal slabs for u to sit on and meditate. It's heavenly. I love the people that work there. Most of the time u can feel they're energy and their desire for u to have an experience. I met Beverley, the owner of the Crystal Room, synchronously while we were both traveling through Ashland, Oregon. When I visited her amazing shop later (rooms and rooms filled with crystals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes!), she did a spontaneous healing session with her many "singing" bowls. This is not your ordinary rock shop, it's something very, very special. You have to go and see for yourself but it is absolutely worth the trip. It's right off of the main street in Mt. Shasta city and it's not filled to the rafters with that New Age touristy stuff like a lot of places here. Some of that is there but it is not the main focus of this store. It is staffed by mystics, rock hound mystics. :) Really. You WILL find what you are looking for- either the object itself, a new idea or another direction. And if you aren't meant to be there at that time, it will be pleasant but you won't really find anything. Follow your intuition around this place and you won't be disappointed. :) read more

Great energy in the store. Staff was very friendly, helpful and there are TONS of rare rocks to look at! There is also fabulous artwork. We even got to meet the artist in the store! The store has many different rooms. I bought some rose quartz crystal beads to make a bracelet. They have many natural stone beads to choose from so that was a real treat! You can really feel the kindness and love in the store. Definitely some really cool stones in there that I had never seen before. read more

Our visit was amazing. We came up for the dissolution of the Tibetan mandala and stopped by for a few beads. Beverly invited us back for a private session with the singing bowls which was pure bliss. My 15 year old daughter was mesmerized and hasn't stopped talking about it. The staff is incredibly sweet and supremely helpful. Love this place. My girlfriend and I both bought crystal singing bowls after being thoroughly helped by the young man working there. Do not remember his name. We went in not really knowing much about the crystal bowls and he really helped us find the perfect ones that resonated with our bodies. It's just healing walking through the place. My friends and I make the trip to Mount Shasta from Redding frequently and I always recommend that we stop at The Crystal Room and The Headwaters before going up on the mountain. This place is amazing. I completely trust the healing and metaphysical properties of their stones. The singing bowls are a gift from the earth. I just purchased my second one over the phone. I have visited the Crystal Room numerous times and I must say, it is truly my favorite shop in Mt. Shasta. The vibration coming from the hundreds and hundreds of bowls and crystals when you enter the shop, is truly palpable! The bowls are incredible and there is a very friendly and knowledgeable staff to help choose your bowl. Usually we review ROCK / MINERAL shops - this isn't really one of those ... so the perspective will be different than perhaps many of the Crystal Room's normal customers. So let me start out with this - The Crystal Room is one of the most interesting rock shops we have ever visited. What they lack in variety of rocks and minerals, they make up in quality. No raw rocks here ( aside from a mineral display case with perky box sized items )... these are all display quality ( near museum quality at times ) stone, mineral and crystal items. 8 small rooms ( its bigger on the inside ! ) of displayed stones and crystals. If your into the New Age / Wiccan / Witch thing, this is a must see. ( Bowls, charms etc ). Even if your not, browsing through the shop you will find something that will catch your eye. Pricing is a bit above average, but again, the quality factor here is high... so from a value stand point the pricing is probably spot on. There also is a small display of locally collected jades and other items in the back from the Mt Shasta area. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the material she sells; the staff is always exceptionally friendly. While New Age is not 'my thing', I find it always nice to stop and see what's in stock and have never regretted the short detour off hwy 5. read more

I had researched this place before my visit to Mt Shasta. I was intrigued by the singing bowls and on a trek to find moldavite. I was researching stops in MT. Shasta before we left LA, just to see what was available in natural stones/crystals, etc. The Crystal Room was the only store that I felt a pull to visit. It's beautifully laid out and each crystal or stone is given space on the shelves so that you can see them easily. The variety is immense, from natural rocks to polished to jewelry. The singing bowl room is amazing, though I've never seen bowls priced quite that high. However, the variety is probably unbeatable and I've also never seen bowls that have been made with a variety of crystals like these. The sound was spectacular, so, in this case, you do get what you pay for, I think. I can't say enough good things about Ryan who helped us out, answered questions, but didn't hover at all. He taught us how to play a singing bowl and helped us to try on every necklace that caught our attention. Also, he is very knowledgeable about crystals, their purpose, and the process. We both found beautiful Citrine necklaces that were perfect. I have to thank Ryan. Please ask for him if you visit the store. You won't be disappointed. read more
