Went for lunch. We ordered two Hamburgers. And were charged 3.00 for two silces of tomatoes. Couldnt believe it.

Waitress directed us to an area to find a seat. We stood next to the table while she cleaned it. She told us this table is only for 6 or more ...know full well that there was just 2 of us. She seemed rude and didn't offer a solution. We had to leave. Very disappointed with the treatment we received. We will not return. Stopped in on a Monday morning, controlled chaos, but the servers seemed unaffected. Promptly seated, clean silverware, and hot coffee with a smile. Ordered the Veggie Omelet with skin-on home fries. Time slowed and I enjoyed the freshest tasting vegetables ever. Veggie Omelets are my go-to breakfast order item if I'm in a new place. When this Omelet spilled its contents, the tomato, mushroom and spinach pieces were large enough to poke with my fork. Each piece retained its wonderful fresh flavor, probably because they were not frozen or diced up two or three days before. It is a telling "sign of the times" when the fresh flavor of cooked vegetables can just make ones day. Give this place a try and I hope your experience is similar to mine. read more

Definitely one of those Mom & Pop places to give a try. Staff is great and welcoming. Menu is large and has just about everything you can think of. Monday thru Friday's they have nightly specials listed for the whole month you can check out on their website. Only open until 2pm on the weekends as most of St. Cloud restaurants seem to shut down early if they are even open at all. Breakfast is usually packed and you should come early. Good greasy spoon type of yummy! Great burgers and onion rings. Incredible ice tea. Good hot coffee. Pancakes the size of your head. We usually share a breakfast here as the portions are so large. Good down home cooking at it's finest. Things I don't usually make at home anymore since most of the kids are gone such as meatloaf and mashed potatoes, stuffed peppers, beef stroganoff, open face turkey sandwiches and breakfast for dinner. Definitely a treat to try. Restaurant is always clean as well as the bathrooms. Parking is the only issue sometimes but they do have a side lot. read more

So this is a nice spot in St. Cloud. Met a friend here for breakfast and the food was really good and really cheap. Not to mention, the portions are HUGE!! Service was better than average, nothing over the top. I was told after dining here that the Koffee Kup use to be Koffee Kup Kafe. Those three K's make me wary of going again even though I did not experience any racism. Just makes me a little uneasy thinking I could be supporting the Klan. read more

The food was good. However, the person seating us, potentially the owner spoke rudely to an elderly couple. There was a mix up with seating possibly and instead of approaching them quietly to check this out she yelled at them several times from across the restaurant. The couple rightly left without eating after being publicly embarrassed by the hostess. Sadly, this same hostess' son was seated close to us so our breakfast was also mixed with a myriad of extreme profanities. At one point he also stated to the hostess, his mother that "he was just about to get up and get that old man." He was speaking of the elderly gentlemen that very quietly left without protest in response to being publicly embarrassed and rudely addressed by his mother, the hostess. Sadly, we will not give this establishment our business in the future. read more

I had dinner at the koffee Kop the other day and I order the steak. It was tough and hard to cut. I didn't want to complain so I tried to eat it. The waitress saw me struggling and offer me another dish. I didn't want to complain so I continue to try to get it done. The manager came out and beg me to let them bring me something else and I said that was ok. 3 minutes later they brought me something else that was fantastic and they didn't charge me. When I paid the bill I gave them a very good tip and the waitress came back and said they reduced the bill and my tip was too much and I told her I wanted her to keep it and how please I was with them. Due to the stigma of the name of this place my husband and I were reluctant to come for a very long time. It used to be Koffee Kup Kafe... Don't let this happen to you. There is nothing racist about this establishment. The sweet tea is perfect and the breakfast is exquisite. We had the steak and eggs, which was generously portioned. There was a small issue with one of our plates but the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Great food and service we will surely be back! Upon arrival to The Koffee Kup we were told that we had to wait outside while a table opened up. Once seated our waitress, who seems like she hates the world and her job, asked us rudely what we'd like to drink. It took so long to come take our order and when she did she was too busy talking to the people seated next to us. Once our order was placed it took 35 or so minutes for it to hit the window. The food my uncle and husband ordered was cold upon arrival to the table. While we were waiting for our food another party was seated, placed their order, and recieved it before ours even came out. Silverware was left on the tables from previous diners, the tables were not wiped down at all, used silverware was wiped and rewrapped for the next patrons. I just can't fathom how this place is rated the third best spot to eat in St. Cloud and the number 1 breakfast in Osceola county. Service was terrible, food was cold, the potatoes were so salty we couldn't even eat them. My family and I will not be coming back to eat. read more

very mediocre. from the reviews stating this is the #1 breakfast spot in osceola county I was expecting a bit more. food is edible, but not much flavor in it at all. I ordered petes fit omelette and it seemed to me that all the contents tasted the same, nothing stood out. was really disappointed with the home fries, tasted like nothing basically. had to put multiple salt and pepper packets on them to eat them without them tasting like they had only been boiled in water. biscuit was weird, it was like a biscuit mix with the consistency if corn bread. country gravy was decent. if you want a good breakfast around here, id recommend Village Inn 10x over this. read more

Definitely our favorite breakfast spot in St. Cloud. Decor wise- It's somewhere between a diner and a dive. They recently updated the exterior but the interior still needs some work. It's dated and worn down, but they do a great homey breakfast. We haven't gone for lunch or dinner but I've heard it's pretty good too. All in all a great local mom and pop place! read more
