Some of my hair is pretty light so being in a dimmed room like you'd be in for a massage didn't help much. I found patches of hair afterward. Tried to reschedule but she couldn't fit me in until a week later so I decided not to bother. I wasn't sure whether I'd be charged again anyway. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience here. I'd go back. Just hope they can get some better lighting.

All of the burgers were great, however, the fries, while great, we did not get a lot. It was hard to tell by how the burger towered over the fries. They are very generous when it comes to the burgers. Service was okay, and not as attentive as we'd expect for a place not in rush-hour. Accessibility: out of the 3 entrances, only one is wheelchair accessible through the barbershop by ramp. The other 2 entrances have a step up. I can easily see the place getting very loud on game days, so watch out, to us hearing-impaired folks. However, when I was there, it was hard to hear my group's conversation over the music. I'd suggest grabbing one of the booths and not an open table. Bathroom: clean Parking: free on-street

They also ground some of my skin when they were re-prepping my nails. The tools they used to grind the nails were also dirty and full of other peoples skin and nail flakes.

The employee mentioned to the manager that they needed to check on this for me and the managers response was whatever. Gloves were worn as well. The guy was nice and asked how I was doing, as it was my first. Didn't hurt bad like I thought, but he was considerate of that. I was also given instructions on how to clean and take care of it, given an information sheet actually. I also have to note on how amazingly clean and nice the bathroom was!
