So, I figured I'd better contact a local attorney to see how they should be handled. I went to Mr Pratt's office and he helped me immensely. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. He understood my circumstances and dealt with them in a very timely manner. His fees were reasonable and the results were very acceptable. He turned my nightmare around. I couldn't expect more or be happier. I highly recommend Mr Pratt for any legal problems you may have. He's a good guy and a real professional.

When in-fact " confirmation means: "confirmation (k n f r-m sh n). n. 1. a. The act of confirming. b. Something that confirms; verification." source from www.thefreedictionary.com/confirmation. Mr. Pratt did NOT have verification that I received a "notice of court date" letter, nor that I had received a voicemail to know that I even had a court date scheduled. You would be better off going to court and defending yourself since you have to be at the court date anyways AND at least the courts would make you aware that you had an upcoming date set..... POINTLESS to hire this "professional".
