Absolutely love the unique food offerings! The coffee was delicious as well, but I cannot stop raving about the avo toast and the brie breakfast sandwich! You need to give it a try! We tried the one in Tavares which is moving soon.

I'd been wanting to come here for a while and I will tell you- you definitely get the value of your food! Some places you spend money and you try items and it's just not worth what you spend but not here. Everything is just so fresh and delightful! They just announced yesterday they're moving to Mount Dora so what I'll say is go and check them out there once they've moved over!

The honey lavender latte was made with a house made lavender syrup that was absolutely delicious! The ham and cheese croissant was so buttery had a good amount of ham and cheese & veggies . Most cafes always tend add little to nothing inside . And for the price . Absolutely a steal . The pork in the Cuban sandwich was so juicy ! Would absolutely try more food items ! Service was excellent also ! Cute area , they are inside a food market place !

Happened to be in Tavares for a training and stopped in based on location and positive Yelp reviews! First of all, the vibes are on point. It's a cute little place with low lighting and comfy chairs. The perfect place to hang for a few hours with friends or bring a laptop and chill if that's what you wanted to do. Big outdoor patio too. They had a bunch of coffee options but we were after lunch so I got the jalapeño popper grilled cheese panini but I wasn't feeling the amount of spice it had (probably should have ordered something different) so I took some of the jalapeños off to make it the right heat for me. The jalapeño cream cheese had a nice flavor and overall I thought it was a solidly good sandwich. For drinks they have an entire wall of different bottled and canned beverages in addition to the coffee possibilities. Basically it's a solid option if you're in the area and need a quick light bite. The sandwiches and salads were served very quickly which worked great for us on the hour lunch break we had!

I love sitting outside here on a beautiful day. I am so happy they have extended their hours. This is a cool place to grab a coffee and bite to eat! The cafe con leche ($5.72) is my favorite! I also LOVE the BB Ham n Brie with red pepper jelly! The soft croissant with the sweetness of the pepper jelly and apple mixed with the saltiness of the ham and Brie......yummy!! You have got to try it!

We've been wanting to go here for 2 years and they are FINALLY open in the evenings! We had a great server named Lauren. She was very thoughtful, helpful and was all around awesome. We sat outside, but the inside was really a nice vibe. Kinda a casual eclectic vibe. Great music and lots of drink options (bottles & cans). I had the Mozzi prosciutto and it was good. The mousse had cappuccino cream on top which is a hard pass for me (not a coffee drinker) but it was fresh and a nice option for dessert.

Fun little place. I'm glad to support local! Newly opened evening hours. Separate evening menu. Serves adult beverages - some very tasty choices, and there are even specialty cocktails. We sat outside (beautiful day), great server - helped us with our celebration... I look forward to tasting from the lunch menu.

The Southern burger was great, but I tossed off the raw onions as I absolutely hate them, and added the lovely pickled onions from my wife's salad, which gave the perfect amount of flavor and color. Don't you agree? Give me a LIKE if you do !!! The crepe was next level. Delicate crepe, very soft ripe bananas, sauce was not disgustingly sugary, and the vanilla ice cream was smooth and soft, not icy and sweet. Dunno what brand they use, or if they churn the cream fresh in-house, but it made my day.

There are lots of delightful restaurants there (according to yelpers) but many were located downtown and parking was hard to find so we decided to go to Fifth Avenue Streatery since we had driven by and there was lots of parking. All of which the tables are outside on a charming patio with lots of interesting decor. It was 11:30 so the day was pleasant and sitting outside was fine. Not sure how I would feel about that in August. Our waitress was Haley (guessing at the spelling) and she was bubbly and very attentive. The menu wasn't overwhelming and I always think that's a good sign that most of the food is being prepared fresh and not pulled from a freezer. My mom ordered the fish sandwich with tomato and cucumber salad. After ordering the Italian Haley said they were out of beef until the owner arrived so I went for the day's special which was a seafood basket: two pieces of fried fish, four huge shrimp and clam strips. Clam strips are not my favorite but these were very crisp and tasty. It was served with fries and cold slaw. We both agreed the food was very good. I asked for some cocktail sauce and after a few minutes she came back with saying she had to make some. It was fantastic, very horseradish forward which I loved. I am glad we couldn't locate our first two choices since we got to eat at this funky little place and have the best server in all of Mt. Dora.

Comes with side of tomato soup (in a sauce cup) which was refreshing and bright and this spicy mayo (I assumed) which was soo good and a bit smoky. The only thing about that sandwich is that I was expecting to have kimchi in it and I only found it to have this purple cabbage which isn't kimchi so kind of misleading. My boss had mac grilled cheese (the one with ribeye) and said the macaroni made it a bit blend so for more flavor you should probably go with classic grilled cheese sandwiches. He also complained about ground beef in his sandwich so if you expect cut pieces of ribeye I guess that's not what you would get. I had a good experience with my sandwich though except kimchi! The location is really cool and hipsterish. Outside seating is the best part! Service was fairly quick (within 15 minutes).

It's walkable and there's some parks on that road. We got there, it is an opening seating arrangement and a small restaurant. It was really cute and they have wine slushies and I wish I could have had some of those. I got a regular smash burger with truffle parm fries. It was definitely on the more expensive end of food. The burger was not really a true smash burger, but it was fine. I would rate is a 7/10. The truffle parm fries were an 8.5/10. It was definitely made well, I just think I wish both items had more flavor to it. The truffle parm fries felt like it used truffle oil, which is fine, but I couldn't taste it strongly. I could smell it, but not taste. The burger, I just wished was actually smashed into the griddle where it gets really crispy. I will say the customer service was excellent. They misheard my partner order an extra patty and they brought it out to him immediately. Otherwise, they have a lot of sauces and other little things to place on the burger, so maybe that's why they keep it more basic. I did not see all that till after I already ate the whole thing. Overall, I think it's good and an 7/10 restaurant. I'd like to come back and try it again to get a better opinion of it.

Well my soup came out quick and I was pleased with that, it was chicken orzo soup, so good! Well I start getting to the soup and thought oh wow they put cheese in here, didn't tell me it would have cheese and I'm rubbing it around in my mouth cause I like to taste my food you know? Well it wasn't cheese...... IT WAS SOMEONES CHEWED MINTY GUM IN MY MOUTH STUCK IN MY TEETH I got sick (in a napkin of course) and informed my server, ran to the bathroom some more getting sick and when I came back my server informed me I wouldn't pay for anything, I made a comment that maybe the dishwasher didn't do a good job but the server told me he wish that was the case that it was intended for an employee on break and he thought it was mine in the window and it wasn't, he apologized, well I took a couple shots of whiskey to kill the bacteria hopefully. I asked for a manger to come talk to me because I work in the food industry and I don't feel it was handled correctly, he informed me the manger was not there he had to text her to get the approval for the bill. So I was definitely taken back. I have never had anything like this happen to me and the two girls I was with also tasted the soup because I said it didn't taste right and they was literally given a bill for their 15$ burgers and I got a 10% card to hopefully come back. I have called twice to talk to a manger and have not gotten through to anyone, I've seen messages online to suspected owners and still nothing back, I was told the guy with the gauges in the kitchen is the one that did it, I woken up with a sore throat today and will be going to get tested and they will be informed of my medical bills by a lawyer. PS my friend ordered a burger Togo a few hours later for her aunt I went in to get the burger and pay with my 10% card and the short haired short server with glasses was seen laughing at the computer about the situation, I just don't think it was funny at all.
