This lengthy (on her part) matter, September, 2020 until March, 2021 cost all parties involved money due to the fact that paperwork for tax breaks could not be filed by the due date of December 31, 2020. This was blamed on Covid..........her excuse. Really????? Phone calls were not returned, and when confronted with this, she was the rudest, most unapologetic person I have ever encountered. Plus, she does not listen or follow clients directions at all.

Today is 18th of March 2021 and she has not provided our service as yet. The Covid 19 crisis played a part in the delay but that was nine months after she was hired, not two. The courts resumed activity in July 2020 but still she has not made any known effort to conclude our service. For months she has refused to return our phone calls requesting a simple update on progress and continues today, refusing to communicate with us in any manner. Our case is not complicated requiring vast amount of time for research, etc. The eighteen months beyond her projection date that we have patiently waited for her to do her job has caused us irreparable harm in emotional suffering and the loss of thousands of dollars associated with the delayed purchase of a new home. We started moving our belongings to the new property in summer of 2019 based on her time allowance. For many months we have been driving back and forth to dig out essential items for day-to-day living and the changing of the seasons. We are at a loss why she has treated us so irresponsibly.

I can easily tell which attorneys have a line of 'BS" vs those who are honest, willing to help and offer solid advice. Without a doubt Ms Sara White is a true rare find. She and her office replied almost immediately to our requests. It was followed up with reminder emails. Once my wife and I met Ms White in person it was a good meeting taking care of some estate legal matters. Everything was well organized and the meet went flawlessly. She also took the time to look at a document that was deficient in a writing several years prior. Immediately we had her redo the important documents and set up an additional meeting. Without a doubt.. you do your homework , but do not be fooled by these high cost estate attorneys who want a crazy amount of money for the services and almost scare one into what they are selling. For us we did our homework. Some would not even discuss the fairly new 'Transfer of Death Deeds" and were they even knowledgeable about it, probably because it did not bring them thousands of dollars into the law firms business. We "highly" recommend Ms White for her honest services at a reasonable price! We assure you we have tried others but they dont come close to what she offers her clients.
