They were surprisingly dismissive of a person in serious need. Both myself & my husband will be looking elsewhere. Someplace where some empathy isn't out of line! After this initial interaction, I'm CERTAIN we'll receive better care (well, CARE at any rate) at a different dentist office.

I developed a dental abscess and needed a dental visit (and a root canal as it turned out). Even though I wasn't a regular patient there, Dr. Steven L. Kurth stayed late with his staff to examine me and then later yet to complete the needed root canal. The office was bright and modern, the staff friendly, and the procedure was even more comfortable and successful than a previous root canal I had in a specialist's office in Minneapolis.
