A 3-building extravaganza of STUFF! Very boutique, but with great prices and daily deals…read more "Main Building" holds clothes, shoes, and accessories for men, women (plus size, too), and children. They also have a seasonal room for Halloween, Christmas, etc. Building #2 holds craft supplies (patterns, cards, fabrics, canvas, frames) as well as television sets and large furniture items (couch, endtables, bookshelves, lamps). Building #3 holds bed/bath items, kitchen appliances, dishware, board games, CDs, DVDs, VHS, vinyl records (NEWLY UPDATED!), knick-knacks and a large amount of books, both fiction and non-fiction. Outside of buidlings #2 and #3, you will find boxes of semi-processed things. If you have time, look through them-- never know what you'll find. There is also a shed that contains many more books-- I find the shed to have more interesting books than building #3. Next to building #3, you will find sports equipment as well as bed frames and other large items, such as bikes, vacuum cleaners, etc. Go to this business and go OFTEN. It helps to go once a week to sift through all the newer donations. Jewelry is a hot item here, so if you see something you like, buy it right away. On another note, just as I support this business by BUYING items, I also support them by DONATING items (it's tax deductible). I'd encourage anyone to do the same and keep this business going.

God forbid you walk in without a mask, but come on in and try on clothes that haven't been washed after the previous customer tried them on!! A little contradicting don't you think? What a joke of a thrift store. I understand that even though the mask mandate was lifted, business owners still have the right to choose to require one but if you're going to be about the rules and enforce them, maybe enforce it all the way..? Otherwise you look ignorant.

I have so many complaints it's hard to know where to start. Read to the end and I'll tell you where…read moreto go instead. I've been in this shop three times. Each visit, the staff, including the owner, acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. Just not welcoming or friendly. I've heard the same canned sales pitch every time: "These look great, they're our most popular, they sell out quickly. Jody, order some more." Then Jody replies, "I tried, we can't get them." It doesn't sound pushy until you've heard it over and over , then it absolutely is. First visit: I stopped in to look around. No greeting. No offer of assistance. Nothing. Second visit: I came to buy. I have a difficult right foot, and the owner seemed visibly frustrated. He said we needed to go up a size. I told him they were slipping and too big. He gave me a heel pad and said, "That's as good as it's going to get with your foot," and insisted they were fine. He also sold me an orthotic insert I later found on the manufacturer's site for half the price. The heel pads peeled off the moment I put my foot in the shoe. When I returned them, Jody actually wrote on the credit slip: "Too Big???", question marks included. Completely unprofessional. Third visit: I went back to use my credit. Same cold vibe, no greeting, no offer to help. When I asked for a shoe in my size, Jody said, "I don't think we have them," then came back empty-handed. I asked for a different color -- she got it but clearly wasn't thrilled. I tried another style that apparently ran small, and instead of offering to grab a larger size, she said, "Yes, they run small," and stood there. I had to ask for a larger size. To top it off, she and the owner (they are a couple) were arguing in the back room -- loud enough for everyone to hear. Then when another customer who had just purchased a pair of shoes politely said she'd just like to look around, they flatly told her, "No, we're closed." Not "sorry, we're closing up" or "please come back tomorrow." Just no. Now that I've finally used my store credit, I'll never go back. If you want real service -- friendly, patient, and professional -- go to the other store in Surpise on Grand Ave. The owner there runs several successful stores, and the staff actually want to help you. With a smile.

I looked up the same insoles online and they cost $64. Her and her partner refused to refund me even though it was within a few hours of buying them. Needless to say I will not be returning and really do like to support local business but not this one. Horrible experience. Expensive lesson.

Karely at Dillard's Prescott Just Turned Christmas Stress into Pure Magic - 10 Stars Isn't Enough!…read more I wish every retailer could meet Karely from Dillard's in Prescott, Arizona, because she just redefined what customer service can be. My 82-year-old mother-in-law, who has survived multiple strokes and was absolutely overwhelmed trying to pick out the perfect Christmas gifts for the whole family, called the store in a near-panic. One phone call. That's all it took. Karely didn't just take the order--she held my mother-in-law's hand (figuratively) through the entire process. She listened patiently, asked the right questions, offered spot-on suggestions, and somehow made a frail, worried woman on the other end of the line feel like the most important person in the world. Gifts for grandkids, great-grandkids, in-laws--every detail was handled with warmth, precision, and genuine care. ‍‍‍ By the end of the call, my mother-in-law was laughing, relaxed, and actually excited for Christmas again. She told me later, "I think I fell asleep smiling." Karely didn't just complete a transaction; she restored someone's holiday spirit and gave our family a story we'll tell for years. Dillard's, please know you have an absolute gem in Karely--she's not just an exceptional employee, she's the kind of person who makes the world feel kinder. We are beyond grateful. Thank you, Karely, for making my mother-in-law's Christmas truly special. You deserve every raise, every recognition, and every good thing coming your way. 10 stars. A million thank-yous. Karely is a keeper!
