He and his team member did a great job, especially repairing the walkway. While they were working, he noticed that I was ripping out carpet from my basement due to a flood and he offered to quote me on remediation. The quote he gave me outlined every step and was far more reasonable than the $25 to $30 thousand that I received from other companies. And then he pointed out that the gutters on my house don't need to be replaced, with new brackets, sealing and cleaning they would be good as new! He completed that for me yesterday. The basement project will be next month. Elmer not only did the jobs I hired him for, he also cleaned up EVERYTHING! The bags of discarded carpeting that I had put out, and, after I had landscapers in to clear all the nuisance trees and weeds from my yard, he cleared up all the debris left behind! A lot of people see a woman with white hair and a cane and get dollar signs in their eyes. Elmer does not! And he goes the extra mile for his clients. I can't recommend him enough!

That's it! 8 months. The paint curled and peeled from the all wood surfaces. I called Chris and reported what happened. He led me to believe he would look at his paint job and fix it. The outside of our home was a faded, dirty white, with dark green accents. The team painted it a gorgeous light grey with white accents and it has held up beautifully. Other than their high quality work, the team was extremely respectful. I have never had such a good (short) relationship with contractors. Everyday I was given an update, they picked up on the fact that my husband worked nights so they spent the morning at the opposite side of the house and then later in the day would work near our bedroom. Amazing experience all the way through, I will be using them again in the future.
