I was able to find every and any thing that I needed while in here. The associates were polite and willing to help with anything. Shop staff are friendly and helpful, and always willing to demonstrate products. The only slight downside is the parking, which can get a bit crowded on busy weekends - however there are other car parks opposite for the stores across the way - Argos, Wickes and Next.

We were there a little under an hour and discovered many new items. Our kids really enjoyed the lego and Wicked themed areas. There is also a cotton candy machine where you can watch it being made through the glass, all automated. We somehow left without purchasing anything due to our inability to take it back home.

When you walk into Present, you just want to buy…read more This charming litle store has whitewashed floors and is filled with sorts of gifts including these delicious little bath bombs that smell like chocolate for 2 pounds. Present also offers a nice range of mugs and glassware. I also saw this little gnome where you record a message and the gnome says it. It was 6.99. I had a good chat with the staff here about which bath bomb to buy and I ended up making the tough decision to buy a chocolate smelling striped one. The salesgirl helped me put in the plastic bag and tied it with a ribbon. This is a great gift shop. I can't wait to use my cocoa bomb!

The prices range enormously so dont be put off having a look, especially in the sale seasons when you can grab a real bargain!
