I was very disappointed to buy two sets of Disney princesses (in a round box) with silicone dresses and princes just to realize at home that both were faulty. Ariel has immediately fallen apart, literally. It is supposed to be separable, but this one was just too loose to stay put together. Other set had castle's (which is also a box for the toy) door too loose, as well. It was falling down all the time. And this is for the toy, which costs 25 euro each!
This is only half of a problem, though. Thankfully, my daughter wanted to play with the toys straight away, so we noticed all of this while still in Paris. I had to change all my plans and return to the store instead of going to see Eiffel Tower the day we left, which is very disappointing by itself. But the treatment we've got! I was sent to supposedly a manager (on 04.05.2012, short dark hair). She acted as if I just broke the toys myself O_o. She couldn't do anything about Ariel, but she started to insist that Belle's castle is just fine. She put the door back and in a very mean tone said, that it is absolutely perfect and she won't accept it. I answered, that it is, indeed, possible to put it back as she did, it just wouldn't stay there. She closed the door with something like NO. IT'S FINe.. just to see the door falling down.
And as if this is not enough, they tried to make me take another 2 sets of this toy. Because with 2 out of 2 toys faulty and leaving France in 3 hours I'd be just dying to take the risk, right. DISAPPOINTING, all that comes to my mind. Staff in Disney Park shops was much nicer. read more
