They are doing construction currently so parking is a little difficult, but once they're done I'm sure it will be easy. There are poop bag dispensers hidden every here and there as well as trash cans and benches. It has a very large double gated concrete entry area. There are even doggie bag dispensaries and a couple benches. The best part, it is in the shade, so you can bring your dog in the summer and not bake alive. Check out this great park!

We found this dog beach on Yelp and decided to take a little detour. There was plenty of parking and a green space, as well as a government building of some sort, and then the fenced off dog beach. Unfortunately once we were walking towards the beach, we saw multiple signs saying that the park was closed. However, there were at least a dozen locals with their dogs inside the enclosed area, so we decided to go in anyway. The atmosphere was welcoming and the dogs were all having a great time sniffing, splashing and chasing balls and each other. There was one covered area for shade and a bench but not too many places for people to sit inside the dog beach. Outside the fenced area, however, there are some tables that are shaded by trees and the building closest to the beach does have a restroom inside if you need one. It felt a little weird to walk past the closed sign to get into the park and I'm still not really sure why those signs were up. We did ask two different people inside the park and they said they just ignore them. When in Rome right? It was a little confusing and I don't know if they were doing a renovation or some sort of update but once we were inside the friendliness of the people and the dogs made up for it and we just enjoyed the atmosphere for a while until our pop was ready to go. If you're in the area with your dog, this might be a gamble but it was a good stop for us. Even if your dog doesn't like the water (ours really gets in) there is still a sandy area where they can run around and play. The community is also welcoming so it's good for socialization. I would definitely stop here again.

Talk to GOD and get a…read moreDOG! #ReflectDogs Love & Forgiveness Okay, although this dog park is much larger than it looks, and it is definitely a solid four plus dog Star Park, it was while we were at the park, this park in particular, that the webmaster notified us that Young Lady's animal rescue charity was now up and live!! So I got an extra point for that alone!! It was the culmination of a two-year journey through well over 1000 dog parks that she took me on, so I could really see the love and forgiveness in action. This park has just about anything and everything you could want. From what appears to be a complete Forest up in the back corner too wide open area for them to run in and the rest of the park. There are plenty of water faucets and poop bag dispensers and trash cans and trees and places to sit. The people were more than friendly and the dogs all had a great time!! The Gated entry is very easy to use and has a concrete slab. There is also a nice concrete pathway that takes you out to the sitting area so if you have Mobility difficulties or are in a wheelchair, you can easily make it out to the seating area. All the wood benches have nicely carved memorials in them. The small dog park is bigger than most big dog parks. My only question would be, who decided putting the squirrel feeder right in the middle of the dog park was a good idea, don't get me wrong, I love it!! I'm just not sure the squirrels knew what they were in for when they headed down into it to get a nut!! Anyway this park is absolutely incredible and a very fitting park for us to launch the animal rescue charity!!

This dog park is located on the road that goes past the sonic and ollie's, up the hill to a four…read moreway, and then take a left. It is pretty bare bones for a dog park, and it seems as if there hasn't been much updating in years. They have a side for smaller dogs and a side for larger breed dogs; however, people love to bring in their beloved chihuahua and then proceed to get angry when a mastiff tries to play with it.. common sense here people. They have an "in ground" water bowl with a faucet for the dogs on both sides. For the dogs they have three concrete tubes to...go through? They have a incline board for them to walk over, and then one plywood board with a hole cut in the middle for a dog to jump through. Other than that it's just a larger open space for dogs to run in a caged in area. Would be nice for them to add some more dog related activities into the park. There are two benches with covering to sit under for the humans. As well as a bag dispenser for you to ACTUALLY pick up after your dog..*cough cough* Also.. there is no lighting after sunset so beware..

It is Well laid out and well finished with two heated entries at both ends. There is a very nice water facility as well as a gazebo with picnic table and chairs underneath it. There are multiple old growth trees in the corner with chairs underneath them and picnic tables also. There are a few benches around to sit on but mostly what there is is room for your dog to run and play and have fun. There is ample parking all around the park

Nice concrete double gated entry area but I am sure the dogs would have much preferred the grass just be left alone then the nice concrete bone in the middle of the park. Fortunately they have one of every agility item as well as multiple poop bag dispensers and trash cans. Both the big and the small dog park also have covered seating areas. But the one thing lacking is room for the dogs to run and places to park other than at the curb. I do have water in both parks.

We were in Mobile for the weekend and missing our little doggo that was home with a sitter. The gal behind the counter was very sweet. Even though we didn't have a dog with us, they let us buy beers and go into the park area. They have beers on tap and in cans. It is a pretty good selection with several local options. There were quite a few dogs playing. The park looked well maintained with fun stuff for the fluff butts to play and interact with throughout. We got to pet a few and watch them have the best time.
