If I had cancelled my appointment today I would have gotten a charge. This is ridiculous and we won't be going back. We test the water everyday and if there is anything abnormal we would call here immediately and talk it through with them. Soooo if the water was the cause, then the store was the cause thus providing us a refund on the $200 worth of fish we bought from here. Would also like to add that as he was telling me what to do with the water and setup, there was a dead fish floating right behind him. They told us to never touch the water bc that could mess up the chemical balance, and the sales man put his entire arm into the water to grab the dead fish! Maybe he was the cause of my fish dying. Anyways, you can't tell someone how to take care of their fish, when you can't even take care of your own.
