2 of my friends have already booked pole parties with them back-to-back weekends so we can't wait to have fun and learn sexy pole dance moves.

I love the variety of class options and music selections each month. The babes at Yes Honey always give the girlies what we want! It's really fun when there's an event going on in St. Louis and Yes Honey fits the theme - for example, they had Beyoncé week when Beyoncé was performing in St. Louis a few months ago. The staff and instructors are always so bubbly, energizing, and supportive. I am instantly happier when I step foot in the building. It's CUTE and PINK, with fun merch and giveaways going on all the time! I have gone to a range of class types: Yes Choreo (choreography), Yes Move (follow-the-leader/freestyle), Poms (cheer style), Barre/Ballet, and ReSOUNDing Yoga (sound bath/yoga) and have loved every one! They have several class purchasing options including monthly memberships, pay by class, or class packs online. I bought a 10-class pack which came out to $18/class. I think it's a great value for such a fun, empowering, uplifting, safe space for EVERY body! Give it a try - you'll love it!

I went to one of the classes in September of 2016 and I'm not going to lie, I got really lazy and haven't gone back until recently. I honestly think that whether you are a college student, a parent, someone who has danced when they were a kid or never danced before, the classes are always fun to go to. It's fun to go with friends, but I go and I don't know anyone and I don't feel like I'm alone. I am a horrible dancer, and half the time, I'm on the opposite leg, wrong beat or I look completely lost and I never have felt embarrassed. Even one of the classes, it felt like everyone knew the choreography, except me, but I just smiled and danced a beat behind and no one seemed to mind! :) I attempted to do a split (I cannot do it to save my life) but the instructor (Arica) just gave me a thumbs up and smile, which is a great feeling knowing I'm not being judged negatively or feeling pressure to do it correctly right away. Below are the reviews of the classes I've taken so far. Hip Hop for Beginners (Madison) - So, I THOUGHT about taking intermediate. I've grown up listening to hip hop, so I was thinking, "I can probably do the intermediate moves" but in Sept 2016 the intermediate class just didn't fit in my schedule so I took the beginner's class. I originally thought I wouldn't get a great workout, because the moves may be some small or not as intense as I would of thought the intermediate class would be. I was wrong! I felt my body sore the next day. Madison, is not only a wonderful instructor, she was energetic and time just flew by. I like that the choreography had hard moves, smooth moves, and just a variety of styles. I took her class for a few weeks, even bought the 6 class card (which never expire). I had a great time and really liked it! Madison teaches a different class where the dancers wear heels and it looks like so much fun, I do plan to attend a class soon. A few of the hip hop for beginner classes that I took, Madison wasn't the instructor. So I got to work with different instructors, which honestly was great! The dances were all different, and fun. They also talked about the classes they taught, and showed some of their moves which I was in absolute "awe" in. There was an instructor that specializes in robotics, he was awesome and the dance was a lot of fun too. Hip Hop Zumba (Arica) - I've gone twice now, and it's so much fun! She talks to everyone as if she's really good friends with them and it's a nice, welcoming environment. She really knows how to make us sweat though! It's overall a lot of fun! There are people of all different backgrounds, ages and sizes that go, which I love! There are people that seem to have friends in the class, and some that are like me and don't know everyone, but no one seems to be judging anyone. I haven't felt embarrassed not knowing the choreography right away. I've jumped up when everyone was going down, and I just laughed because it's a fun environment. She's an awesome instructor, and she promotes what else is going on at the dance company. Deep stretch (Raii) -- Definitely love taking this class! It's at 8p on Wednesdays (after the Hip Hop Zumba) and it feels great to just stretch after a good workout and before bed. Raii is so calming, and he's not pushing anyone to do anything that may hurt. He's said a few times, "as long as you feel the stretch, you're doing a great job". I just thought to myself "how positive is that!". I really felt a great stretch on my big muscles, and on my little muscles. It was relaxing but great! There weren't a ton of people at this class when I went, so it felt more close knit the class. I was surprised though, because he's awesome and the class is a great stretch class! Overall, I recommend this place to anyone! It's a great workout, and so different from the mundane gym / treadmill / weights routine. All the classes I took were the adult classes, and I liked the 6 classes package purchase. There's also other packages which all of them are reasonably priced. I think this place is great for literally anyone. There's no judgement, they welcome everyone and the people that do attend all have a good time, I do for sure. The one and only thing I wish they would do, is make a dance to Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" because I love Ed!

The class was just me and the owner, so we both got individual attention at our respective levels, and a good amount of cardio. My arms were burnt out at the end of class, and I learned a kick too. They also have capoiera and I'm excited to try that too. I'm just glad that since this was a dance studio, i didn't walk into am expert class, and both of my classes here have been manageable for non dancers.

My last visit was in 2023 for my birthday. Upon entering, you are met with the soothing smells of a spa. The best way I can describe it is like the smell of a Hilton Hotel hallway. You have to take off your shoes and leave them at the door, so don't be like me and wear flip-flops, because otherwise you will be barefoot on the floor. Our guide was Jesus, who was very peaceful, kind, and explained everything to us. He even was able to give me booties I could wear, although he stated that their floors are very clean. He was barefoot himself. I believe him, but I am super paranoid. Anyway, they had a few additions to the spa since my last visit, such as an infrared sauna, a cold plunge tank, and zero-gravity massage chairs. He gave us a tour of these offerings after we consumed our tea. After we used the restrooms, he gave us a tour of our pods. I felt like Jesus did a wonderful job of explaining to my father how to enter and exit the pod and making sure he had what he needed prior to entering so that he could enjoy his experience. You have to take a shower before you enter and after you exit the pod. Lights and music are optional, as is closing your pod versus leaving it open. There is a bottle of fresh water to spray on your face should salty water get near your eyes. With the salt volume, you shouldn't get salt in your eyes unless you fall asleep in there and turn really fast like you're in bed or in a rotisserie oven. They also provide earplugs to keep the water out and petroleum jelly should you have minor open cuts. The water should only come up to your chin or right below your ear when you're on your back. There is a halo you can rest your head on if you can't trust your head to stay afloat (which it will). They have monthly membership packages should you want to self-care each month as well. After our session, we had another cup of tea and then had some brunch. Let me not forget their powder room has just about anything you could need after such a relaxing experience and their hair conditioner loves my curls! I have always enjoyed my experiences at this location and in Maryland Heights. They have amazing guides and create such a curated experience for their guests.
