I love the variety of class options and music selections each month. The babes at Yes Honey always give the girlies what we want! It's really fun when there's an event going on in St. Louis and Yes Honey fits the theme - for example, they had Beyoncé week when Beyoncé was performing in St. Louis a few months ago. The staff and instructors are always so bubbly, energizing, and supportive. I am instantly happier when I step foot in the building. It's CUTE and PINK, with fun merch and giveaways going on all the time! I have gone to a range of class types: Yes Choreo (choreography), Yes Move (follow-the-leader/freestyle), Poms (cheer style), Barre/Ballet, and ReSOUNDing Yoga (sound bath/yoga) and have loved every one! They have several class purchasing options including monthly memberships, pay by class, or class packs online. I bought a 10-class pack which came out to $18/class. The class was just me and the owner, so we both got individual attention at our respective levels, and a good amount of cardio. My arms were burnt out at the end of class, and I learned a kick too. They also have capoiera and I'm excited to try that too. I'm just glad that since this was a dance studio, i didn't walk into am expert class, and both of my classes here have been manageable for non dancers.

They offer various fitness and dance classes, and the instructors are great. I started first with attending ballet, since I had always wanted to try it, but very soon I realized that it was not my thing and I switched to salsa. Carlos Reyes, who is the owner of Mambo Revolution and a salsa/bachata/cha cha instructor, gives lessons there multiples times a week, and they are amazing! It would not be an exaggeration to say that I found my hobby! And they also have social events once a month. The thing which seemed inconvenient for me at Central Studio was that you need to buy a monthly pass and if you are out of town and can't attend some classes, then they "disappear". With Mambo Revolution it is different - you buy a pass for 4 classes and you can attend whenever you want. This is way more convenient for me with my busy way of live.

They do nothing but support and coach you in a manner that is consistent with your goals. The group classes are tons of fun and they pair you with folks that are on a similar level which takes a ton of stress out of it. It definitely is a bit pricy but the price tag has been worth it so far. Every worker is amazing. They have tons of great energy and seem genuinely interested in your progress. They do nothing but support you through your dance journey!
