Looking for a quick meal on first day of the road trip. Found this place was right on Hwy 75. When we stopped we learned it was part of an American Legion Post.... bonus!! Service was excellent. Waitress took our order promptly and the food was delivered within 10 minutes. It was a noon Sunday lunch. Food. We started with Sriracha cheese curds. The spicy curd snuck up on me but were addicting!! 4 on scale of 5 for heat! I had the Mac and cheese burger. Outstanding HUGE burger with plenty of batter fried FF. Eat at the new place. I won't go back. My son and I shared a $19 pepperoni pizza, and it wasn't even good. My husband had a burger and fries. One server and it was semi busy. Love this place. It's an amazing sports bar with great food. The burgers are delicious with fresh produce and the secret sauce! I get extra yo dip my fries in! Yum! I love the Mac n cheese burger! Very unique! It's a bread Mac n cheese patty with bacon, lettuce, onion and tomato with secret sauce! Yum! My husband like it and the Big Boss melt. I've had the friend chicken, hot beef, queso with beef and chips, and their flatbread pizzas. Everything is made fresh and delivered hot. The French fries are lightly battered and are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Have had anything that we didn't enjoy. My husband enjoys the frozen strawberry margarita. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The burgers are juicy and well flavored. They have a couple of video lottery games and 2 pool tables along with multiple TVs with every sport imaginable on them. A great spot to unwind and have a good meal. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. It is also the Eagles with their own rooms and a large banquet room. The Don's has a trivia night Tuesdays at 6:30. There are dances most Saturday with live music. The restrooms had a recent update. Handicap parking and restrooms are available. No stairs here! The owners are amazing and mingle with the customers when here and available. They quickly fix any issues if one arises. It is a must try. read more

I've been to The Don'$ twice now. The first time my husband and I were less than impressed and we weren't sure about returning, but the owner is a buddy of my husband's and we like to support local business so we tried again. Twice. Place was too packed we went elsewhere. (I guess that's a good problem for a restaurant/bar to have.) We were just underwhelmed with our food, the cleanliness of the place, and the service. We returned tonight, 1/26/19, and there were several open areas so we chose a booth. Our table was broken somehow and super wobbly, but we made it work. I got the All American burger. 1/2 pound patty, very meaty cheese, bacon, lettuce, a mustard type sauce, and I had fries. (Ordered my burger sans tomato & onion.) The burger was HUGE, juicy, and delicious. I didn't quite finish it, but I ate my bacon. Of course. The fries they have are awesome. So, so good. We got cheese balls to start with. Nothing special. Not really worth $7. Hubby got the pork tenderloin and he said it was one of the better ones he's had in a long time. Tons of tv's and pool tables, darts, and a nice bar. Stereo system kind of sucks. They need to fix the bass. Bathrooms are nice. A little run down but clean. Service was just fine. Hard to tell who the employees are tho. They don't even wear a uniform t-shirt or anything. Prices are decent. Our bill was $30 but next time we're gunna opt out on the cheeseballs. I got a water. Hubby got a Diet Coke. We plan to go back soon. Sweated our butts off at the game (due to the humidity you folks have here) and was just craving a Michalada and a juicy burger!! Yelped sports bar places looking for burgers and assumed I would have to ask for a knock off bloody marry since no one knows what a red beer or michalada is. Came across "The Don$" sounds like your godfather of sports bar. Drove a short distance, walked in and was greeted with a bunch of TV with college football, MLB and soccer. I took a stab and asked the sweet waitress "can you do a Michalada?" "Of course, regular Or deluxe?" Ummm... (I swear I looked at her dumb when she said yes, then the option to deluxe it) Heck ya!!!! We ate here twice in the last couple weeks, it really is THAT good! The staff was friendly both times. It's not a fancy place by any means but that isn't what we were looking for. It"s clean, good food, and good service. That's all that really matters when we are looking for burgers & more. They have two pool tables, darts and large TVs throughout. Definitely looks like the perfect place to watch a game, or the next boxing match. Better than mist burger spots around. Reasonable prices as well. read more

Two in our party. One had the chicken wrap and would definitely order again. I had "the don" burger and it was very good. I have drove by this place a ton of times and finally stopped. I can guarantee I will be there a lot from this point. It ranks as one of the best burgers in area. Thumbs up to the fries as well. They charge for using a credit card, BS, it's the cost of doing business, they raise prices and also nail you for using plastic in this day and age. The waitress are very good but this crap that a business now wants to grab more money from a customer is bs. I was there about a month ago. Had the prime rib as did the rest of my family. It was so tough we had to ask for a sharper knife. In the end we took it home and fed it to the cats. I would never order it again., Was just there on Sunday night this last week again with family. My cousin ordered something with chicken and it came out with beef and had to be redone. My other cousin ordered a chicken dinner which did not come out until a half hour after the rest of us got our orders. There was no apology or anything. I would not go there again. read more

I had a Bloody Mary and a Club Sandwich with fries. The Club was tasty and the fries where awesome however the Bloody Mary was nasty and way over priced at $8.50. The wife had Fish & Chips and the fish was soaked in oil. We might try it again but I diffidently wont be having a Bloody Mary. read more

Checked this place out the other night with my husband, my parents, and a couple of their friends. We were all very impressed with the food. The fries were especially awesome - crispy and great taste! Our waitress was also very nice and did a great job with our table. My parents actually went back again the next night! They have variety of beer on Tap, craft beer, and all types of liquor to try. It's for sure my favorite place to eat and will be back soon! read more
